Much better than going into a GP

Much better than going into a GP. They help fix the problem and medicate rather then just telling you to go home, rest and drink fluids. It's really quick and convenient.
Sometimes feels a bit rushed through. Benefit of not being around sick people waiting an hour to be seen to so i absolutely recommend.

Used Prime Medic twice

Used Prime Medic twice. Not great. They refuse to give you repeat prescriptions and claim they can’t give repeats online. Looks like a cash grab, for patients to go back for another script. Go to another online Doctor who are legitimate. After going to a different online Dr, no problems with repeats.

Amazing service

Amazing service. Twice I have required prescriptions late at night and have been assisted by great doctors . I appreciate the prompt service from reception to speaking with a medical practitioner. Highly recommend. Thank you

FANTASTIC GENUINE CARE

Everyone at Prime Medic has been absolutely fantastic!

I cannot recommend them enough to my patients and clients i see as a Registered Nurse but also as a patient myself, they have been FABULOUS and so I’ve recommended them to everyone who wants quality and caring medical help

Waiting hours for a prescription, still dont have it.

Waiting hours for a prescription, being told their systems are not working. Online chat and SMS service no longer responding. Spoke on the phone to them and they said they cant say when it will be ready. I asked for a refund and they said no. Taking in to account that I am very sick and the script is for antibiotics.

Very poor customer service, INVALID provider number = no Medicare

Very poor customer service. The referral letter had an invalid provider number, so I was not able to receive a Medicare rebate on my specialist appointment. I contacted Prime Medic and they first said they would call me - they never did. Then they emailed back and said they would look into it - they never got back to me. I followed them up a number of times and my emails went unresponded to. I tried to use the Chat function and they say, let us look into this - and then never assist. It has been incredibly frustrating and I would not recommend Prime Medic at all.
Their response below states there is no issue, but it is simply not true. I have spoken with Medicare directly who have confirmed the provider number is invalid.

Overall decent

It was convenient. Though it could have been better if I could have gotten clarity earlier on when I called the support team about whether non-medicare eligible patients were also allowed to book telehealth consults.

The process to get my medical certificate was mostlt fine. I got an incorrect one first but they helped me sort it out and sent the corrected one later. So all good.

This has to have been the worst…

This has to have been the worst customer experience I have had. The doctor bit was ok, but I was then charged three times for the one consultation and despite repeated contact and assurances I would be called back, and the matter would be resolved, I was either arrogantly brushed off or simply not contacted. Over a month later and I still have not got my money back. Choose another online service if you value your money. And Adam Gilchrist needs to know these guys are tarnishing his reputation as their brand ambassador. I have now contacted my bank and they are doing a dispute investigation.

Out of medication for the morning

At 8pm I realised that I was feeling really bad because I had accidently been given the wrong strength of medication and miscalculated how many of the wrong strength to take. I needed it by 11am the next day. Prime Medic rang me at 10pm and after a quick chat sent the script straight to my phone AND bulk billed me! Faster service than my GP!
Thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent

Excellent! Quick to respond. Very helpful and polite. Much more convenient than sitting around a Drs surgery just for a repeat prescription. Definitely going to use this service again.
