Ordered my slicer dicer tool on 27th Feb... I chased it up, then received an email from Kevin Wheaton and was told to wait, I still haven't received my order. FEB!! It's now December!! What a scam!

Absolute SCAMMERS! Ordered the £6 dutch mutch in March and not received it nor any communication since that initial email from a Laura.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I paid £6 on 17 March and have not received my purchase. Countless emails to the company have resulted in receipt of one automated response and no responses to further communication. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! By grabbing your attention for a product with a minimal value, they are getting rich quick, knowing the majority of customers will not quibble/waste time for £6.00 - disgraceful - SHUT THEM DOWN!!

Ordered my Dutch muncher in March 2019 emailed 3 times and have had no response back. It’s now the 22nd July and I have still not received my item. They were quick to take the money and send an instant email saying thanks for your order , we will be in touch when it’s dispatched, well I’m still waiting for the dispatched email. Avoid this company do not shop with them.

Ordered the Dutch Mutcher 18th March 2019, it is now 18th July and still no delivery!!!

I received the following message from Laura Shaw the day after my order

"I just wanted to take a second to thank you for your business, and your recent purchase from Prime Extra. We process orders within 3 days. Prime Extra Delivery Time frame is 8 to 18 business days. Prime Extra is a low cost company that prioritise offering products at low prices rather than quick delivery"

I emailed Laura in May to say still not received and heard nothing back.

I would love to be able to give the item 5 * however this is very difficult when I have not even received it!!!!

This company is DISHONEST, I ordered an item,
got an Email from a Laura Shaw telling me thanks for my order and money and my item would be delivered , that was the last I heard from them , and no answer to my Emails, also most times you try to get on their site it is no longer there.PLEASE BE WARNED. LEAVE WELL ALONE.

Prime extra did not deliver my order and they took my money . Someone called Laura Shaw wrote to me that my order be delivered but 3 months later l am still waiting. I would give them a 0 . How are they still operating

Absolutely disgusted with this scam it may have only been £6 but its not the point, I have tried e-mailing etc but nobody comes back to me I have even tried threatening them but to no avail.
I ordered this in May still waiting, don't think I will hold my breath !!!! these people definitely need reporting and if anybody asks about them I put them off. I don't really want to give them one star but I needed to put something so I could leave a review

Same scammed feel so mad only £6 but that's not the point how can it carry on for so long and get away with it!?

I ordered the chopper beginning of march. Had nothing delivered. When i contracted them on instagram they blocked me. Email coming back as un delivered.
Scam...do not order from here. It seems genuine as a low price but they must have taken £1000's as a collective from trusting people like me.

I placed order for chopper on 20th February. Still not received!

I ordered the chopping set and I never got the products.

Does not warrant any stars. Rogue website. Took money 3 months ago, no goods. Sent 4 emails chasing goods and had no response from them. I believe I am not alone. Rated 100% 1 star only. All bad reviews from customers with the same experience.Seemingly the company deletes bad reviews So I will not click the box provided by Trust Pilot and so Prime Extra will not be notified. Remember PRIME EXTRA take money but do not deliver goods. Every review states the same.

Ordered my dutch mutcher 3rd May, received email to say would arrive within 8-18 workung days, still not received & likely not to receive now, may only have been £6 but with a big number of people ordering, paying & not receiving how much have they scammed out of us!!

I have just reported these scammers. Crime reference number:
NFRC190603028585. Ordered an item on 18th of March and never arrived.

I ordered a Dutch Mutcher and still not received it,now I find out 100s of people are in the same boat DO not order anything from this site it's a scam

Another product bought which didn't show up. A big disappointment.
