I’m extremely disappointed with how Stonegate has handled my complaint. Most of my letters were ignored, and the replies I did receive were dismissive and unhelpful. It feels as though they have no genuine interest in resolving issues or taking responsibility for poor service — a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
Very disappointed by how Hobbycraft handled my 17-year-old daughter’s job application. She was shortlisted from 400 applicants, then caught off guard by an unannounced phone interview. I raised this formally and was assured a proper response, yet after replying, I was ignored and sent a generic closure email.
Unprofessional, dismissive, and not what I’d expect from a company that claims to support young people.
How rude was your man working in your Dorchester branch! I literally opened the door with my daughter and he yelled ‘you can’t come in!’ He leapt across the floor! He didn’t even have the decency to ask her for her ID! Presumption at its finest!

Our role is to support candidates by identifying suitable opportunities, preparing them for interviews, and coordinating the process with Dental Practices. However, the final hiring decision rests with the Dental Practice itself. We follow their recruitment process and notify candidates as soon as we receive an update regarding their application status. On this occasion, the Dental Practice held their interviews over a period of two weeks due to practice availability.
While this particular opportunity did not work out, we keep all unsuccessful candidates in our talent pool and actively consider them for future vacancies.

Scammed by one of your drivers! Ordered in good faith tonight some groceries from Coop and received a completely wrong order! The driver insisted on having the delivery code, in order to continue with his deliveries, his words… However, now the delivery has been completed and I’m without any food, so thanks a lot Uber! Uber do not wish to help me, instead they want proof of photos of the wrong order! How??? The driver took the wrong order away in his bike!
Hello Fresh are so mean and want to tie you in as long as possible. I have tried to cancel a delivery just one day out of their window period. They said it just was impossible to do so and that I would have to keep my weeks delivery. Then they changed their minds and said they could give me credit for when I'd like to return to them. So they can in fact stop a delivery! I'd like my money back please!
RE: Regarding Hello Fresh response - clearly you are not governed by a tight schedule by suppliers etc and set in stone for my next delivery OR you wouldn’t be able to give me a credit and then cancel my delivery! Nice contradiction 😡

As a company, we work to a 11:59 pm deadline, five days prior to your delivery day. Once the deadline has passed we go to our suppliers and order the ingredients we need to fulfill the orders for the coming week and update our couriers so they can plan their delivery routes. We completely understand how last minute changes may pop up, however, we do have this deadline in place to ensure we're responsible and ethical from a food waste and sourcing perspective.
Rest assured, we would never want to send you a box you weren't expecting or the meals you don't prefer. It is important to note that HelloFresh is a self-managed, auto-renewing subscription service, and once the deadline has passed, the changes are locked in place as we go to our suppliers and order the ingredients we need to fulfill the orders for the coming week and update our couriers so they can plan their delivery routes. This helps us reduce food waste and ensures that your delivery arrives in good time. In case you don't select your meals manually before the deadline, the preference that is selected on your account will be applied instead.

I downloaded this tutoring website only a couple of weeks before my first English GCSE. I can't describe how much the Light Up Hub has helped me. I learnt more in one video than months of confusion in school. The website is very clear and each video is set out in a methodical way, also incorporating grade 9 analysis and techniques to use in the exam. It's very quick to start revising.The slide shows after each video, are incredibly helpful when doing flash cards to help you remember in a quick and efficient way. I was skeptical at first about paying for an online tutoring website but believe me, money well spent! I went from not passing ( low 3s in both literature and language) to a 5 in literature and 6 in language. Thank you again, I'm beyond grateful to have found help to finally pass English. I found this method of revising a lot better than just working out of textbooks.
Warning ⚠️ do not buy anything expensive or do not expect your money back! After you receive and item, you have just 48 HOURS to report a problem or you click ‘Everything is OK’. So if you find out that an item is faulty, Vinted do not want or have to assist you, in any way, due to their T&Cs. Thank goodness for Amazon and eBay! 🙏

Writing on behalf of my other half, as he’s too nice to rate Airbnb. It seems like it’s a complete fix. They like to keep their Hosts looking like they are 5 Star, by either removing the lesser ratings or by hiding them. Please look at the number of reviews against counted/actual shown ones. Invariably the reviews do not add up.
What a waste of time! No effect on my finger joint pain sadly. Instead they give me extreme bloating! I won’t be taking any more of these turmeric tablets.
I popped into one of your stores, as I was advised by another shop, who incidentally would have not charged me, but their hole punch was too big. All I needed for my daughter, was for two holes to be punched into some sandal straps. I was so shocked that he had the audacity to ask for £2! How mean can you be hey?! No materials or time was even lost… The Generosity Award goes to…

Recently bought a pair of earbuds and had to wait over a week for them to arrive. No communication was sent like other ‘normal’ companies. They arrived eventually, only to find that they were hard to operate and the voice controls did not work. The side orange buttons were not touch sensitive and hard to click on and this moved the earbud in the process. I wouldn’t recommend the item or the customer care. Now I have to pay for the return postage 😡
