No order received 2 weeks after purchase—even after paying extra for expedited delivery. Every form of communication method had been attempted to reach out to PridePoint and no response has been received. I expect a full refund, which clearly won’t happen. Do not trust this business.

After over 2 months of correspondence I never received my items. Apparently I needed to be more patient, business owner cancelled my order even though it was their fault for not delivering my items after 2 months. Reported to ACCC hope this website gets taken down! Who knows who else have tried to get their items and got scammed.
I placed an order six weeks ago. I made several enquiries to follow up as I’d heard nothing and had no reply. Finally I was told it can take three weeks as hand made. Very disappointing. I will either persevere or cancel. There is no phone contact supplied.
