Very bad experience. I ordered a smart watch worth of 5k but the qaulity was more ceahp then a 1500 ultra 2. Battery timming is just 5 hours. When i submitted a tivket for a return they asked about the issue proof i submitted the detailed issue but didn't get any positive response.

I ordered Basues EnerGeek G11 power…
I ordered Basues EnerGeek G11 power bank and to my surprise, when I received it, it was without its own basues box and openly packed in priceoye box. Looked like it was used or had a long shelf life due to absence of proprietary box packing. Few days ago i ordered basues car charger and it was perfectly packed in Basues Branded box.

Ordered a Redmi Note 15
I got my Redmi Note 15 delivered in a day in Karachi. It was an open parcel order, so I checked the parcel first and then paid. Literally it was my first purchase of such high amount on COD, but their service was smooth. Also when I was ordering the phone I mistakenly ordered wrong colour, so I called their helpline and in a minute they helped and changed the colour. It was an amazing process which increased my trust on Priceoye. For me I found such experience quite safe where such product is delivered at my home instead to go to the market, search the phone, purchase the mobile and try to run away asap and try to reach home safely with the phone.

Very bad courier service
I ordered the Dcode Cygnal Ultra (Order No. 3422130). Before delivery, I called customer support and requested that my parcel be delivered to my home address. The representative assured me that it would be delivered to my home.
However, the courier service refused to deliver it and asked me to collect the parcel from the main Tehsil city, Burewala, which is about 31 km from my home. I contacted PriceOye customer support again, and they once more assured me that the parcel would be delivered to my home. Unfortunately, the courier still refused to deliver it.
When I noticed that my parcel was about to be returned to the company, I had no choice but to travel to the city and collect it myself.
I am disappointed with the courier service and the lack of coordination between customer support and the delivery company. I hope this issue is addressed so that future customers receive the home delivery they are promised.

Device issues
I purchased this device about a month ago, and unfortunately, I have been experiencing several issues since then.
The most serious problem is with the speaker. During phone calls, the audio is heavily distorted, making it very difficult to understand the other person. This significantly affects the device's primary function.
In addition, I have been facing multiple software-related issues:
The device occasionally freezes or becomes unresponsive, and I have to clear the cache to make it usable again.
This happens even when I am only using a single application, so it does not appear to be caused by heavy usage.
At times, when switching between apps, the screen briefly displays multiple horizontal lines for a few seconds before returning to normal.
Considering that the device is only one month old, these issues are unexpected and have significantly affected my experience. I have already attempted basic troubleshooting, but the problems persist.
I would like to request a replacement with a new unit under the one year warranty, as I believe the device may be defective. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
