I’ve been using Prezzee for about a…

I’ve been using Prezzee for about a year now and I highly recommend and when I did have 1 issue I’ve phoned them and about 20 minute was resolved very good customer service

Great service

Used this service for a good while now and just had an issue with the service. Spoke with an Advisor on the chat called Angel and she resolved the issue within 2 minutes. Great service ☺️

had contact with Jessa

had contact with Jessa, great service and although it took a while to sort we got there in the end and through the whole process I knew Jessa was working on it. Very happy.

The problem I had was mine not the companies making I found it hard to speak with AI so I spoke with a supervisor who was absolutely brilliant. She sorted everything out for me over the phone. She is a star

Was really pleased with the help I got from Mar in particular.
I'd sent a gift card to the wrong email address in error and he managed to retrieve it and get it sent back to me.

E-gift problems

If anyone has a problem on Prezzee I hope you get Jovi a very knowledgeable and helpful person. After trying quite a few times to sort an e-gift problem he had it sorted so quickly. I thoroughly recommend jovi he helped save my sanity.
