Good service but too expensive. They don't know proper English. They announce on website from £95/w and charge £129/w. Are you stupid? OR are you thinking you are fooling poor student? Just because they come back to you does not mean you charge them as you wish when they are asking something around £95/w. They are students not working individuals. Please use price range and not from £95 to £129. Calculate yourself and see the difference? Fooling poor students

My rental deposit has not been refunded as usual,It's been a month now,where is my deposit??????pleaseε(┬┬﹏┬┬)

I found that it usually took about 2-5 days to get the answer from your email since I sent one to you. It would be a little annoyed when I have some urgent problems to ask, especially for students currently outside the UK. However, the staff is kind and patient to introduce everything about the apartment.

Prime Location in the City centre. Well maintained infrastructure. Comfortable ambience of the room.

Worst place ever. Absolutely fraudulent company.

The building was great for about the first 4 to 6 months. Somewhere after or towards the end of the 2nd semester hygiene standards dropped significantly. The communal places weren’t being cleaned as often—especially the dining room. There’s also the issue which has persisted since I came to Silkmill: the treadmills. I was really excited about the prospect of an indoor gym but having the most important equipment be the only one which hasn’t worked since I lived here is quite upsetting. There’s always “someone coming to fix it”, but it never ends up happening.

The Internet Speed need to be IMPROVED. We need a bigger curtain and a better kitchen hood. All in all, the living experience is good.

They were really helpful and accommodating, I needed to find a room in student accommodation for my placement year but I needed to move in early in July which was a lot harder to figure out but prestige student living, Hannah court was amazing and found a way for me to book the place I wanted, the room I wanted and the move in date that I needed all easily and seamlessly! They made a more difficult and stressful situation incredibly easy.

The staff.. everyone around just made me feel like I’m in my home country. They treat each other like they are family even tho they are all from different countries.

The kitchens are not clean and I am tired of the noise at night

Just when you think you’ve found an affordable accommodation, think again. They’ll cancel your room a month after booking, without warning if you don’t have the very maximum amount of student loan. Massive pisstake. Wasn’t even mentioned on the website.

They helped me with my queries but it just took time but we got there eventually that was helpful .

Was met with a warm welcome from Jack and Dave.
Immediately Jack mentioned all of the things I need know to settle in. This was followed by a tour around the site lead by Dave who helped me solve some minor problems with my room quickly and effectively.
Having arrived late at the university I had very limited time to register, having no knowledge of the area it would have been pretty tough…
But to my rescue came Jack and gave me guidance to reach student administration building from which I eventually managed to get my student ID card and register successfully!!!

Room itself is nice and cosy, decent shower, storage space, laundry, heating and all of the necessary shops are nearby.

Firstly, I really appreciate the speedy responses, especially the replies on the communication platform, WhatsApp, from the Representatives. It helped me tremendously as I was looking for an accommodation within a short period of time. Additionally, the services were fast and I couldn’t believe I was able to book my accommodation within few days. It was an amazing experience overall and I am truly grateful for the cooperation and help!
Secondly, the information and advises given by the Representative were informative during my accommodation finding process. The options given were almost exact to my expected accommodation preferences.
Thirdly, I am grateful for the flexibility in booking my accommodation. For example, I need not have to pay deposits upfront in order to secure my accommodation.
This is my honest review prior to settling my full payment and actually living at the accommodation. Nevertheless, the service provided was satisfactory and I hope this service would be maintain until I end my contact! Thank you!

The place is clean and tidy and the most important thing is the staff is very helpful and friendly . Jane and Jess thank you for your help you both are amazing thank you so much.

I was robbed at the glassworks in newcastle, got back from work and realised my stuffs have been moved! Avoid this property!

My daughter is starting a masters program in Edinburgh. One day after Prestige required payment in full for the new studio, they notified her that the building wasn't not ready and they would refund her rent for the delay and compensate her additionally so she could find alternate temporary housing. They are stalling in refunding her the money and no word on when she will get the added compensation. They keep asking for forms she has already filled out. The whole thing wreaks of a scam
