Disappointed

Need a car hire firm at the airport, not a bus ride away. Villa sparse with no homily feel.No walk-in showers, all baths- definitely need grab rails.Not everyone has a Smartphone, this is the first villa we've been in & there's been no information pack for local area/ map.
Glad to leave, waste of money - 1 star given - for the pool. Lack of sleep due to rock hard beds.

John, I am absolutely shocked to have received this review, there is no justification for a 1 star whatsoever. Frist of all you booked your holiday with a UK operator who arranged your car hire, this had nothing to do with us. We are simply the villa company and to slate us for the car hire we had nothing to do with is totally out of order.
Eframia Dyo has been completely renovated to the very highest of standards, and since then has only received 5* reviews. The villa is modern, smart and fitted out with all brand new high end appliances and the photos you viewed before booking, are exactly what you got. Nowhere on the listing or description does it claim to have walk-in showers, it has 3 en-suite bathrooms, all with bath/shower and the master even has a jacuzzi bath. The beds in the villa are brand new hotel beds of the highest standard, and bedding is a matter of personal taste. The pool in the villa is very large with tons of space around it for sunbeds etc as well as amazing sea views views over the olive groves and banana plantations. The pool also has roman steps which made it easy for you to enter and exit.
On arrival in Coral Bay you were met by Arthur in the early hours of the morning and escorted to the villa. Arthur then visited you again the following day and installed our customer app on your sons phone, as well go through it with him. You are right in your comment that not everyone has a smartphone, but as in your case, normally someone in the group will have. Through this app you had ample information on the resort, restaurants, places to visit, driving directions, emergency contacts, free audio guides etc.
The following day Angela visited you and you told her you wanted to go home as the resort was too quiet. She then contacted me and asked me to visit, which I did. Whilst there you at no time mentioned any of the issues above re the villa, your only concern was that there were no "shows" to go to. You mentioned that you loved "Benidorm" as you could just wander from show to show along the resort centre. I explained to you that Coral Bay was not "Benidorm" and proceeded to give you information on what to do and where to go. You at no time mentioned any issues with the villa, in fact when I asked you if the villa was ok, you said it was fine.
The following day I again sent Arthur to check on you and make sure you were ok. He returned to the office telling me everything was fine and everyone was now happy. You again made no mention of any issues with the villa.
On departure day we had an arrival, and for a small fee Arthur arranged for you to have another villa for the day, to be able to relax and have a shower before heading to the airport. Arthur then collected you from your villa and led you to the new one, so you wouldn't spend half the day trying to find it. When it was time to leave you called and said you couldn't find your way back, so Angela went to meet you and escorted you back to the airport road. You again mentioned no issues with your villa and in fact told her you were happy with your holiday.
John, I know of no other company who would have put so much effort and time trying to ensure you had a super holiday. During all these visits. you at no time mentioned any of the issues with the villa. The fact that you wanted to be somewhere like "Benidorm" is something you should have researched before booking a holiday, it is, or was not, our fault that the resort was not to your liking.

Peace of mind

Great place for really relaxing and enjoy good company.
We spend valuable time with the family and recharged our batteries.
Gerry and his team are very organized, well prepared and pleasantly helpful
I would be recommend Prestige Bookings to anyone wanting to enjoy nice facilities in this beautiful area of Cyprus

A good vacation in Coral Bay

Everything up to our arrival went smoothly. Gerry was in touch, answered all of my many questions and was very attuned and attentive.
We received the villa which was very clean on time and Arthur gave us a good tour and explanation of the villa.
A few things to consider when renting out an exclusive villa such as the one we rented:
1) Extra towels - good to consider a few extra towels both inside the rooms and in the pool
2) Basics - I would suggest that you put a few basics in the villa as it takes a few hours to go shopping after a long day of flights and travel: water, toilet paper, milk and a few other basics, the total cost is negligible and the impact to a new family can be very high
3) The beds were ok but in a few rooms they were quite uncomfortable, something to consider in a high end villa
4) Air conditioning - the aircon cuts out automaiticlly if people are not in the rooms, I understand that as a cost savings gesture, but the mechanism for this needs a bit of work and doesn't always work well. Also during the day if people go to rest in the rooms the systems cuts out and that's not acceptable
5) Blankets - the beds only have very think covers that are ok for summer. But as we sleep at night with Aircon (it's to hot to open windows), some people will need thicker blankets, something that we lacked in the villa
6) Pool - the pool is really good but needs a serious overhaul to qualify it as a pool worthy of such a villa. The filters are old, some of the water excess plastics are broken and this lowers the overall experience in the pool
7) Electricity - some of the electrical outlets in the villa are not functional and a few of the pamps didn't work
Overall we enjoyed our stay and the team did all they can to make us happy. I believe that we received value for our money and we had a good vacation. In order to be a true high end villa i suggest you consider the above feedback and insights in order to upgrade and improve the experience.

Hi Giora, It was a pleasure meeting you all here in Sunny Cyprus and I am so glad you all enjoyed your holiday and villa Luxor. Regarding your points above, we will of course take them onboard and consider when we are making our plans.
1. As one of the few villa company that supply both house and pool towels, regretfully we are unable to supply extra as we do not have the supply or infinstructure. We do however supply a quality washing machine in order you could quickly wash them if you need.
2. There is an option to add a basic welcome pack as an extra when making your booking or at any time before arrival.
3. The mattresses we use are hotel quality and bedding is normally something of a personal choice, some like hard, some like soft etc.
4. We have installed a state of the art AI aircon system in all of our villas for the environment. Unlike most properties that simply has a 2 hour timer that will switch off the aircon every two hors no matter what, our system will continue to operate as long as you are in the room, but will not allow the aircon to continue running when nobody is there. In the day and age of climate warming we must all do our bit to protect the environment for our future generations.
5. We have order the overflow grills for the pool but they are not available for this type since the pandemic. Hopefully they will arrive soon.
6. I have not been made aware of sockets etc. not working and will look into this straight away and resolve any we find.

Beautiful villa, great space.

We booked through Jet2villas and stayed in Villa Andrea. We had a fantastic family holiday with 3 generations all sharing the space.
We had everything we needed and the pool space and outdoor seating areas we brilliant.
Thank you to Arthur who met us and kept in touch throughout our stay. Would consider booking direct next time now we know.

Lovely house

Lovely house! It's very cozy and inviting, situated on a tranquil street. The house is fully equipped with all necessities, including a variety of kitchenware. There's a charming little courtyard with an excellent space for grilling. The beds are comfortable and tidy.

The pool is just a short distance from the house (about 10 meters), it's small but impeccably clean»

Great service!

Be very careful when booking with this…

Be very careful when booking with this company. They say fully refundable deposits and refunded within 30 days (and there is no reason to need to take so long to process a simple refund) I booked a villa under these terms and its now over 40 days since cancelling the villa, and I still don’t have my refund. The response has been rude and they seem not to care at all. They only started to process the refund when I chased 34 days after cancelling and the money has still not come through.
Update to the response. I have raised with my card provider Amex who have confirmed there is no refund in their system. I do NOT have MY money and it was your responsibility to return it to me within 30 days as per your terms and conditions. There is no illegal content in my post as suggested. Your response to my issue is a disgrace.
UPDATE - 14/08, your response is again a disgrace. I have raised a dispute with the card holder as I still don't have my money back. I can well afford the villa, I found a better one and cancelled 10 months prior to the dates within the terms, so I have not affected others booking at all. Hopefully people will see your responses on here and be very careful!

Beautiful villa in a fabulous location.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay in Villa Oniros. I would definitely recommend a stay there. It was amazing! The location was stunning and we were met in the early hours after a late flight by a friendly and helpful man and then arrived to find a wonderful welcome pack to tie us over until we could go to a supermarket. The Villa was incredible and is finished beautifully and has everything you need to feel at home and cook etc. Great bbq and the pool table and table tennis table were welcome additions to the stunning pool that we spent a huge amount of time in. We wouldn’t have survived the 37 degree heat without the air con in each bedroom, which was easy and quick to use. The Villa had a safe and a key box, which were great for lots of people coming and going at different times and the Villa was cleaned thoroughly & towels etc changed mid stay. The only reason I haven’t given the Villa 5 stars is that we could have done with a couple more sun umbrellas for shade (although each one was on a concrete wheeled vase so we could move them round which was fab) but the awning working would have been helpful again due to the crazy heat! Also, the pool needed a bit of an overhaul to finish the little details and sort out a few sharp edges edges etc and sharp vents etc. The owner was contactable the whole time if needed and any questions or issues were answered immediately. A superb experience.

Aretousa Ena and Dyo

Our families recently had the pleasure of staying in the Aritusa Dyo and Ena villas in Coral Bay. What a fantastically time we had. The two villas were amazing and everything about them was faultless. Highly recommended.

Overall a good villa

We stayed at Villa Eframia. The villa is lovely & Arthur & his mother very helpful.
The villa had what we needed for our holiday, a pool, a pool table & table tennis.
I was most frustrated with the request to pay extra for air conditioning & my travel agent is following this up with the booking company as it was not mentioned ahead & a rate is expected to be inclusive of these costs. In 6 years of villa holidays we have never faced this before.
We were unfortunate with the neighbours in the next villa having a loud party until 3am. However I text Arthur who came immediately to resolve. They ignored him & continued & he returned. They then stopped. The next day Gerry came with Arthur to apologise which was gratefully received with an assurance of no further challenges.
I was asking about the final day when we were due to fly in the evening & due to the issues we had experienced they waived the 60 euro which was welcomed.
The location is lovely. A short drive to everything…I’m not a drinker so it suited me perfectly.
The sea is stunning.
The people in the area friendly.
We also needed the pharmacy and the local pharmacist spoke excellent English.
I would recommend the villa & the team.
My tip to Gerry is to include air con or be transparent with guests before they arrive.

I am so glad that you enjoyed Eframia Ena and would return again, as well as recommend it to friends for a holiday. I am a little disappointed to say the least in the 4* review. As you enjoyed the villa enough to recommend it, and when you consider that the 1 time you had an issue with the neighbours, we responded immediately, despite the early hour of the morning, After I spoke to them the following morning you had no more issues.
Regarding the aircon, this was provided free in the bedrooms, and the payment of 70 euro for the week for the living areas, is all that was charged. As per our contract with your tour operator, this is not only very clear, they have the option to add this as an extra at the time of booking, or anytime up to arrival. We as a company are always upfront with our clients and to blame us for something that a 3rd party did not explain, is not fair in any way whatsoever, in fact its a little harsh.
As a gesture of goodwill due to the disturbance next door, we did indeed waive the late checkout fee, and I am 100% positive that the way we as a company behaved, deserved at least a 5* review. I really do appreciate the tip above, but we are already transparent and upfront at all times, with all clients. All extra charges in all villas are clearly outlined on our website and during the booking process when booking direct. We do not hide anything.
All in all, as a team we are so glad we had the opportunity to host you here in sunny Cyprus, and hopefully will get the chance to do so again, sometime soon. Best Regards, Gerry & Team.

Wedding venue of your dreams

Villa Avyana was a dream come true. Everything has been thought out to perfection from the light switches to the coffee machine, Villa Avyana has everything you need and plenty more! This is 100/10 luxury Villa. Gerry has thought of everything you need during your stay in the villa, very well throughout app to amenities. There is a beautiful traditional cyprian bar next door - Hosted by Stella she is amazing very welcoming and takes a hand of looking after you during your stay. This Villa words cannot even come close to how beautiful it is top to bottom. Tranquil setting, bbq, cinema room. This villa has everything to make your dreams come true. We are planning to come back and stay again to relive our beautiful wedding day. Many thank to Gerry he’s an amazing man and has thought of everything to make your stay in Cyprus perfection.

The villa was lovely great location

The villa was lovely great location, and everything was of a high standard.
The downside was dogs barked all night every night, and for two nights we had to endure loud music accompanying weddings at a venue nearby, this went on both nights until 2.45am

I am a little surprised to say the least with the 4* review and the comments regarding dogs barking and music from the wedding venue. During your 18 days stay, at no time were we informed of any issues, and even at the departure meeting the only comments were it was amazing and you had a super time.
The wedding venue you mentioned is in fact 3 streets away from the villa and any music coming from there would have been heard in half of Peyia. Thankfully this is only on occasion and is quite far away. As for the dogs, if we had of been made aware of this we could have investigated and possibly have had a word with whoever is the owner, regretfully we not not given this opportunity.

Dissapointing...

The house was beautiful and clean.
But there are a couple of things that made our experience less pleasant.
Firstly, its beyond any reason, to ask extra money for the aircondition.The house is already expensive.You should include the aircondition price in the payment and dont ask extra.Really bad impression.
Also,holding a 300€ guarantee in case of damage is unacceptable.There wasnt such a warning when booking the house.We were very stressed not making the slightest mistake(such as making a stain on the pillow with suncream😲).
Lastly,the person in charge came into the house with the excuse of asking us something,without warning,while he could simply send a message.
Even if the house was beautiful I wouldnt choose to go there again.

With regards to the charge for aircon and the refundable security deposit, both of these items are clearly displayed on the villa page on booking.com. Both were also included in the email arrival instructions I sent to you 3 weeks before arrival, and when received this you failed to query either item. When making your booking you confirmed that you had read and accepted the terms & conditions, however clearly you failed to read the full listing as you had confirmed. May I respectfully suggest that you fully read a listing before making a booking anywhere in the future, instead of simply clicking ok. As for Arthur coming into the house, he simply came to to arrange the checkout time with you, and whilst doing so he allowed you a later time free of charge. Arthur at no time entered the house, he spoke with you in the rear garden. As a part ot the high quality service we are known for, we always meet with our clients on arrival and departure. What a place to go....

Myself and my extended family recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Avyana, the most stunning holiday villa we've ever encountered. From the moment we stepped foot into this oasis of luxury, we knew we were in for an extraordinary vacation. Every aspect of our stay, from the exceptional customer service from Gerry and the team, to the pristine surroundings, exceeded our expectations.

The villa itself is an architectural masterpiece. The moment we walked through the grand entrance, we were greeted by a breathtaking view of the countryside stretching out before us and out to the sea in the distance. The interior design seamlessly blended modern elegance with a relaxed atmosphere, creating an ambiance of tranquility and sophistication. The spacious rooms were meticulously decorated, each with its own slightly different design, providing the utmost comfort.

The amenities available at the villa were nothing short of exceptional. Whether I wanted to relax by the sparkling infinity pool, soak in the rejuvenating Jacuzzi, bask in the sun on the terrace or watch a late night movie in the cinema, every moment felt like a slice of paradise. The villa's well-maintained gardens added to the enchanting atmosphere, and the stunning panoramic views from the roof terrace ensured we were constantly surrounded by natural beauty and sublime views.

Gerry was the the epitome of professionalism and went above and beyond to cater to our every need. From supporting with transportation to providing the superb app to allow you to navigate to the best restaurants, bars and ammenities, he made sure our stay was seamless and unforgettable. The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly elevated the experience.

Location-wise, the villa was perfectly situated. Nestled in a serene coastal area, it provided the ideal balance between tranquility and accessibility. We were able to explore nearby beaches, indulge in local cuisine at charming restaurants, and immerse myself in the vibrant culture of the region, the fact that there is Spilies just over the wall made it even more convienient.

In conclusion, our stay at this holiday villa was nothing short of magical. Every moment spent there was imbued with luxury, comfort, and relaxation. If you're searching for a place to escape the ordinary and embark on a truly unforgettable holiday, this villa is an absolute gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough, a real haven of bliss.

This was my fourth stay in Cyprus with Prestige Bookings.
Although we had a different villa this time our stay was excellent.
Communication with Arthur was great.

Highly recommended

We booked through Jet2.com and once arrived dealt primarily with prestige bookings.
We were staying 7 nights at villa Bella Katarina and were surprised at the size of the villa when we arrived. The hand over process was fine, unusual as no address was given but instead a meeting point to meet the representative and follow to the villa. Arthur was grade A+, very helpful, gave us a walk through the villa etc and communicated via WhatsApp during the week if we had any problems. The villa was well appointed and any issues were rectified quickly. The app supplied also made it easy to find places to eat with discounts which was a nice touch. We’ll be using these guys again and would recommend to others

Amazing villa

Villa Andrea what a wonderful villa, definitely 5☆, the pool, pool area, and garden so relaxing. Ideal location to see Peyia. Arthur from Prestige is excellent, could not do enough for you. Well worth booking. You won't be dissapointed.

highly recomend!

The place was very clean and spaces, the kitchen was well equipped and very easy to use, the outdor area and the pool were great.
When we arrived the company staff were very welcoming and kind!
we had a great experience staying at the villa! highly recomended!
