Really happy with my new pans
We've had our old prestige pans for nearly 25 years. My husband was reluctant to pay for more when there was nothing wrong with the old ones other than one of the wooden lid handles had broken and being wooden they were not dishwasher friendly. It's been great being able to put these pans on the dishwasher and the non stick is great. We've kept our old ones, "just in cases" says my husband!!

Excellent Quality
Well-made cast iron griddle pan with flat base to suit all hobs. Comes with a care leaflet explaining how to re-season when required. Definitely value for money.

I have written to you on WhatsApp and your Meyer review app to let you know my pan have not been delivered to me. Can someone respond to let me know when I’ll get my order or alternatively refund me. This is really frustrating to keep chasing an order multiple times.
I collected my order from my local post office today. Thank you Prestige for listening and getting this resolved. I appreciate the effort you made to make things right.

No contact regarding issue
Contacted them weeks ago regarding a warranty claim on my Eco pans where the non stick coating is already coming off and I have had no response since. I even sent a follow up email which hasn't been responded to.
I won't be buying from this company again unless this is resolved.
