I wasn't satisfied with the course as I could not access it all on my smartphone. I voiced my concern and was advised that you need a PC to access all the information and tests. If I would have known that up front I wouldn't have wasted $90.00. Also when you are taking the tests or accessing any of the content on a smartphone if you exit and check another tab all your progress is lost and you have to start over. Very buggy format. I've since been denied a refund even though I have expressed my disatisfaction. Don't waste your time or money, as these people are not honest and don't stand by their product!

The study material for the TSA testing is spot on. I took the test and accepted a job offer within a month.

I purchased the FCTC written exam- course and it helped me passed my actual exam. It was very informative and organized. Almost everything I saw on the actual test was mentioned in the course.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for PrepTerminal’s Ramsay MultiCraft Course because it genuinely exceeded my expectations. I recently used this app to prepare for my firefighter written exam. The app provided an excellent platform for learning and testing my knowledge, making the study process both effective and enjoyable. The content was comprehensive and well-organized, which helped me grasp the material quickly. I passed my exam! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to succeed in their firefighter training.

It is a great prep test, I tried it and it was good experience. It has a lot of exercises that will for sure prepare you for a successful TSA test

The TSA exam is extremely difficult to pass without dedicated preparation—especially for the 2D to 3D spatial reasoning section. Prepterminal’s test preparation software is, in my opinion, the best study tool available. It offers dozens of clear, progressively challenging examples that help build both understanding and speed, which is critical for mastering the TSA’s new 3D scanning requirements. The "connect the dots" and matching sections are also well-covered, with excellent practice tests that reinforce essential skills for success on the exam.

With absolute clarity, the TSA initial review test cannot be passed without solid familiarization beforehand. Prepterminal's instruction gives scope to understand and practice. Practice shapes and abstract object conceptualization; otherwise, the timed aspects will be unfamiliar. Still use the guide to wrap your head around it. Purchase the guide, invest in yourself. It is still hard, but unless you do this, the path cannot be walked. Excellent product.

I took the dispatcher prep course, and while a lot of the sections of the prep course were on the test and helpful, some weren’t not and were completely unnecessary. Also there must be something wrong with the system of grading or correcting things, because it would tell me my answer was wrong for things a lot of the time but most times the answer exactly matched the “correct” answer that was given. Very disappointing to see that I had messed up the answers and gotten them wrong, only to see that I was actually right. I also had an instructor that paid for the course for me and a group, yet for some reason only me and one other person couldn’t log in for weeks and they were very slow to answer and help with something that costs so much money.

There was alot of content which helped me tremendously.

I studied for 3 day and went to have a test, this course was similar to the TSA test, especially the 2D to 3D interpretation, and I passed for the first try.

The material was good, I signed up for my grandson who was planning to apply for a position which was then closed so he did not take the test. The unfortunate situation was we ended up double paying as both my grandson and I paid the fee and when we tried to resolve it with customer service they were unwilling to refund one of our payments. I don't have exact date but it was in 2024.

Very good. Resembles the test very well and is functions smoothly. Definitely was worth the money for 3 months.
