Was one of the best ways I’ve studied. Spot on and helped me learn. Even though I didn’t get the job due to my typing skills. Was ready for the test knowing the information. Can use in the future if needed to inform a dispatcher on where I am and how to get there or what places are near by making it easier on them.

Kind of expensive is my only complaint but it was a great way to know what to expect when prepping for the TSA exam. I ended up passing but I haven’t heard from TSA. It’s been 2 months since I’ve taken the exam and don’t know if I’ll need this prep again after this or what to expect at this point.

I passed my TSA exam and it went by fairly quickly. PrepTerminal more than readies the individual for the occasion, highly recommend. 10/10! Keep doing the drills, it becomes second nature. It's challenging and fun.

It was very important for me to pass this exam, since I'm looking for a better job opportunity and taking this exam is required. The preparation material helped me a lot, and I actually want to continue using it.

This prep test helped me out when I had to take a test for an executive leadership development session. For me it was not necessary to pass anything but just to determine what type of individual I am i.e. critical thinker. Overall the test questions were very good and the explanations are extremely helpful. I would say on one of the questions, the explanation did not make sense, I requested feedback, but I never received any. For anyone that needs to pass these types of tests, practice is key and pay attention to the explanations as they are critical to success.

Overall the course I took for the criticall test was great and helped me a lot, the complaint I had was

1. the memorization section on the real test was completely different, on the real test I needed to memorize phone numbers and vin numbers and then type them out, and on the practice test It was different,

2. One of the map reading sections was simaler to the practice test, but there was another one that was completetly differet,

overll great practice test but deffinitly room for improvment

Decided to purchase this for my TSA test and was very happy with my decision. It is very helpful, lots of explanation and details. Definitely recommend it. It made a huge difference.

I did well on the exam, the test prep served to get my head in the game and be mentally prepared. Ther newer tests didn't incorporate some of the test prep material but overall, it served to prepare me.

Good preparation. It would have been helpful to see a report for the practice test I took.
