Well connection, easy use.

Easy to download and very simple to set up

Very Happy with mobile service and customer service. Few hiccups occurred when trying to connect and I thought I'd be left stranded in Japan. Was able to reach out and speak with Anna who has been super helpful. Sim works perfectly in Hakuba ski mountains. I have a Samsung Note 10+ which allows me use of dual sin ( or have two sims at the same time)... a tip. Set the sim up once you reach your destination not before. I tried to do it in advance so that when I turned my phone on arrival to Japan it would work. That didn't go to plan and needed to delete the settings and restart all over again. Worked without a hitch second time round with the help from Anna. Unlimited 15 days will more than me enough. Google maps works great as well. I would recommend this physical sim. coverage is great and plan is affordale

Easy to use. Installation was straight forward.
Unlimited txt and calls.
You don't get Mms.
Although you can use data ans messanger or wattsapp to send pictures.

Sim card worked everywhere I went throughout Hong Kong and into China

So far so good .I have purchased for a future date so am unable to give a comprehensive conclusion to my experience as yet.. the sim was delivered in an acceptable time.

The network connection was good and worked without problems.

The level of customer service was excellent. I had trouble getting my physical SIM to connect while in Japan however the tech support by Prepaid SIMs was excellent. At first my SIM would not connect to the local Japanese networks and I wasnt sure if it was my inability to work it out, it was a scam, or the SIM was causing it. However a continuous chain of emails to one another to sort it out worked reasonably quickly - which I really didnt expect considering we were in 2 different countries and were relying on emails and screen shots. The coverage itself was excellent while in Osaka and the surrounding areas. The only place I didnt have coverage was at a very high altitude and it was only for a period of a few minutes so I guess thats while it was searching, and I think there was one spot underground in a train station. However moving to a different location very close by rectified the signal strength.

Easy to load and use.

We ordered a 30 day SIM card with unlimited data to be used in theUSA and gave the correct activation date. Upon arrival and inserting the sims, neither would work. I contacted the company (whjcb was hard given the time difference and being Christmas week) and initially received a response saying that we had been sent the wrong sim and they could active the one we had been given remotely or be given a refund. Then radio silence. So we then didn’t have a sim card that worked and had to spend a lot more money than we had using this company to get one in the USA. I have since contacted them multiple times with zero response. DO NOt recommend this company.

As far as Japan goes, 'unlimited data' is not how we know it in Australia.
If you use a certain amount of gig I believe around 5 you get throttled down to an unusable speed. It's a thing in Japan. Don't watch any streaming services without WiFi connection.
Apparently it resets but that didn't help when I was stranded without maps. If this info was available upon purchase then It must have been well concealed.

Great, easy to use, minimal set up, insert and go

In Feb 2025 we used a "30 day unlimited data" SIM which satisfied all our needs. The lack of a phone number was addressed by using WhatsApp for calls.
Which is why we're using the same SIM for our next tour in 2026.
