I received my metal shoe cabinet with a big dent. The shoe cabinet is completely useless because it won’t open due to the dent. I sent an email to request a new one over two weeks ago and still haven’t received a reply.

Distorted reflection - not suitable as a mirror

I’m not satisfied with the product, as it’s not suitable for its intended purpose.
