Fast, good quality, easy to order, however one plate had a slight air bubble which was instantly replaced ..No Quibble... Great Well Done

After ordering plates they manage to send me illegal ones. This is something I wasn't interested in at all. If the send legal plates soon I will change my review if they won't I will ask my bank for a charge back.

Edit: I ve started charge back process with my bank. No communication with Premium Plates. They are ignoring my emails. I found bugs on their website if you change size of plates to short 7 letters it will change your number plate to undefined

Very easy site, as mentioned in other reviews, there is a drop down to select legal plates. Best price I found online with quickest delivery. Delivered by Evri and in my area the Evri drivers are great so no issues and posted through letterbox. All in all, excellent. Thank you

Straight forward ordering process with good drop down boxes.
Very quick turnaround from order to delivery.
Annoyed I didn’t see the box where I could’ve added text to the bottom border but that was my oversight.

Very poor service. The order form by default is set to non legal plates and isn't clear what option to select for legal plates. Avoid at all costs

Website not clear enough regarding custom and standard plates, costly mistakes easily made. No contact number so all contact is via email and the time taken to reply to emails is awful. Terrible customer service! Had to ask repeatedly for a receipt, still not got it. Would never use again or recommend.

Paid for priority and still waiting 3 days later. Had no updates on delivery! Sent an email, had no response! £9.99 for Priority Delivery is a scam as this should ensure delivery within 24hrs.
No other way of contacting this company and do not recommend

order plates in 4D and website shows a 4D plate with 5MM next to it indicating you are getting a 4d plate with 5mm thick lettering, this is not the case as send the plates with the cheaper 3mm lettering which i could have brought anywhere for less money, also the plates do not have the BS lettering on which all plates need to have for mot purposes, sent email on deaf ears very disappointed and will not use again

I ordered a set of plates last Thursday, paid for priority delivery and still not received them. Ordered Thursday now Monday, they are that slow that the dvla have sent the log book quicker than the plates.

The team at Premium Plates were excellent and very helpful. Just received my new 4D plates today. They look fantastic!! And will look really classy on my new VW Tiguan. A very quick despatch and delivery time too I only placed the order yesterday. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. 5 star rating for quality products and customer service.

Plates turned up promptly.

Had a quality control sticker on the back of one of them, although after inspecting the plates, they were very rough round the edges, and I even had to sand part of the plates down as they had rough edges and raised plastic in areas which made them look untidy.
Probably won't use this company again.

Ordered new number plates on Wednesday and had them by Friday. The personal 'thank you' note was a classy touch. Highly recommended.
