I ordered and paid for simple plates, printed, standard uk size. No 4d/3d gel, no fancy font, no special spacing.. nothing, standard, printed.. Legal is what I wanted !

I recieved plates with no manufacturers details, no BSAU marking, nothing to make them legal for general use.

Attitude from customer service was appalling, so I was forced to open a dispute via paypal sadly.

Don't waste your time, money or effort on this company.

Nothing wrong with the actual plates, but to charge £9.99 for express delivery and then to use EVRI for this, screams NO!
Ordered plates on 30th June and received on 4th July, hardly express delivery.
Put off from using again due to this.
Did raise issue and was told it was not their fault EVRI had issues with deliveries!

Worst experience of customer service I can remember. Countless emails with repeated promises of ‘immediate despatch’ with AI used to reply I suspect. Also received two plates for two other cars! They do not check identity and log book either a legal requirement. Eventually got a refund. Avoid!

Ordered a metal plate and received acrylic.
Not what I wanted for my green laner!!

19-06-25 premium plates say they don’t make metal plates but……
On their website they say their press is broken and acrylic plates will be sent instead.
Info after the event is not good enough and I don’t want an acrylic plates.
I’ve asked for my money back and I’ll return their plate.

Number plate fading only after 4 months of receiving, emailed twice for replacement. no response from company and no telephone number to complain. So I am now out of pocket and will have to go to another company to have them made again.

Bought a set of plates from them, had an issue with the colour, sent emails and just got no response! Customer service is shocking especially when you consider they will answer you before you purchase.

Very quick delivery ordered on a Saturday received on the following Tuesday plates as ordered would use this company again.

I ordered a new number plate. Only the fixings screws were delivered - no number plate. Tried to contact by phone and email - no response. Stay clear of this company.

If I could leave no stars I would. Number plate arrived with a crease line down the middle of it. I have emailed the company numerous of times now and no response. Absolutely horrendous customer service and I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.

I paid for next-day delivery, but it took 4 days, and then I only received a front plate, not both, and no fixing kit.

I have sent many emails, but there has been no response.

I will never use them again.

Absolute jokers

Paid extra £12 after advertised next day delivery - have been chasing for 2 days - no reply to emails no phone number and lots of similar reviews.

Avoid and use a more reputable company would be my advice!! Wish I had done…

Absolutely shocking service.

I placed an order with Premium Plates and paid extra for “Express Delivery” – expecting a straightforward process. Instead, I received an empty cardboard box with no plates inside. When I reached out, not only was there no apology or explanation, but there was also no offer of a refund or any real assistance.

The communication has been dreadful throughout.
• I was misled by their website into thinking “Express” meant next-day delivery.
• I had to chase repeatedly just to get vague responses.
• And now, after receiving literally nothing but an empty box, they have gone silent.

Over £40 completely wasted. Zero accountability, zero customer care.
If you’re thinking of ordering from Premium Plates – don’t bother.
Save your money and use a company that actually values its customers and knows how to run a business properly.

Would give 0 stars if I could.

Ordered my plates and a parcel arrived within 2 days. However, the parcel was empty! Either they didn't send them or someone at Evri has stolen them. Also doubt this is a registered number plate supplier. More fool me for not doing my research properly.

I emailed them and did receive a response and a replacement set of plates arrived in the post in a few days. Thank you for resolving my issue.

Be careful when ordering plates from this company in Jersey. The order page defaults to custom plates, these are in fact, show plates, not legal on uk roads. Got caught out with this, but the company will not change my plates.

Utterly Useless- Go Elsewhere
Order placed on Thursday 20th, paid for express next day. By Monday 7:30pm no plates. Tracking shows not even out for delivery. Car has been sold and new keeper picking it up in the morning. I will now need to go to local shop tomorrow morning and pay again.
Plates eventually arrived on Tuesday afternoon after I bought another set and vehicle had been picked up.
They claim a 4.9 star review rating on Review.io but you can’t leave a review. What a con.

Absolute pleasure to purchase from. Had a small problem with one of the plates more than happy to help and sort out. Highly recommend will be using you again thank you.

Delayed response and lack of communication after sending several emails to them. Was not happy with the finishing of plates and took pictures to show them. They state that they were quality checked, however were still sent unfinished. Been buying plates for several years and have never had an issue like this. This is still not resolved although I have paid for both plates.

Ordered my plates, paid for express delivery on the Tuesday - here we are at 17:30 on the Friday - nothing. Contacted them this morning, response was very quick say, "I will personally follow up on this matter today with production". At this point I stated that I needed them today as about to go travelling in my van and need to change the plates, DVLA have sent new log book and insurance changed - I asked if I could have a refund - absolute radio silence since, even though I have chased them several times. I now need to head off to Halfords to sort plates - should have done that in the first place - I wouldn't touch these with a barge pole, looking at the reviews there is no consistency in the service.

I made an error in ordering my Plates.
I sent an Email and it was responded to swiftly and my order was changed at no extra cost.
First class company to deal with

I tried to call several times and a message just said we are busy please email.

emailed twice saying need a call back as I have some questions. noone called but a Ms Devize sent me a couple of 1 liner emails. Needed to speak to someone.
Not very helpful.
