Just inquired about a cancellation of a…

Just inquired about a cancellation of a payment yesterday for ex-load which they obviously knew about as they shared with me my cancellation. I was called stupid told there not ex-load but they showed the cancellation order and basically was made to feel like scum.the person even wanted evidence which I provided but never answered any of my questions
