Unacceptable Experience – Feels Like Fraud

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. It’s been over four hours since I paid, and I still haven’t received the code for VOE.SX. Customer service has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. This feels like fraud, and if it’s not resolved immediately, I’ll be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. It’s outrageous that any business would treat customers this way. I expected better. Be cautious before trusting them with your money.
