I created the correct order and the customer service advisor created a wrong order and processed it and then blamed me and even after showing proof of correct order now has blacklisted me without reason. Very unprofessional and rude. I asked many times for them to fix it and they wouldn't do it saying it can't be done. Then on telegram they claim it can be fixed so they lied. After using the company for many items I will not be returning. Very unprofessional and rude response from the company.

More than 12 hours waiting and I still didnt recieve my code. I should have readed the reviews first. Their chat platform is a dead. Nobody answer in their online chat or telegram.

I only expect that THIS they will see, and depends if they give me my code or not I will change my review.

After waiting 3 days i finally received my voucher in mail. The custumor support can be better in my opinion. They do respond quick, but short answers and always the same answers... don't know if i was talking to a bot or a real person.

These people are bad actors. I only hope that you are reading this review before making any purchases through them. This is their delivery time as posted on their website: "Instantly after payment done

This is a review I just found: I cant speak for other storage platform but DO NOT purchase Nitroflare from this seller. I paid in gift card as they suggested and was told i would receive the code in few min to few hours. well, here we are 2 days later still nothing. they would ignore my request in the chat and keep telling me to wait. unacceptable. feel like a scam to me. i guess i should of known better. be careful everyone.

Another review: I tried to sign up for a download service and was directed to premiumland. They in turn said I had to buy a gift card from another party and send it to them. That company charged my card (it went through), but said there was a problem and to do the charge again. I went back to premiumland for help, and clicked on their online chat button. They claim to have 24/7 support, but I've waited over an hour for someone to respond. All I get is an automated reply that says to wait. I see similar complaints here, and the company's response is to call their customers names that I can't use here!
