I have not had the chance to use the hair yet. But my hairdresser cousin said it was a good buy, so I'm happy and it came on time.
18/12/17, I went to my hairdresser's to get the hair put in. The hair is nice but, they put the baby hairs in the wrong place!! It was in the middle of the the 360 at the back!! I wasn't very impressed, because I brought that particular hair because it had the baby hair in the hairline.

Yes I have bought a silk closure which wasn’t silk at all but lace with a random piece of material underneath I then purchased a premium silk closure which was ok quality but this also had a patch of material underneath that’s not required. A few weeks ago my sister purchased wavy bundle with frontal for me I installed the hair 6 weeks ago within 13 days I had to remove the frontal because it was thin and matted and looked so fake! The Knots on this frontal cannot be bleached. The hair itself initially was nice but within A couple of weeks was shedding quite bad now 6 weeks in I have to remove the hair as it is knotted, clumped and trying to comb the knots out has resulted in the tracks actually tearing out of my head. People please DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR the quality is very poor and I would not recommend it to no one better you go to your local cosmetic shop and buy some poor quality bin hair No products was added to this hair to account for the condition this is simply bad hair! I am very disappointed as this was reported and no action has been taken. Premi Hair need to be truthful about their hair it’s not good quality virgin hair or premium quality

I was informed that the knots on the “natural colour” 360 frontal could be bleached... After getting it bleached professionally it DIDNT bleach what so ever. The hairs instantly started to fall out after being combed out. Extremely poor hair quality and definitely won’t be returning. Spoke with a customer service advisor via WhatsApp and asked what their complaints procedure was.. and guess what - they just ignored my question. They even had the audacity to tell me to go to another hair dresser. With what a frontal with bald patches! Outrageous

Hair quality was very nice and delivery was faster than I expected. However the hair had a terrible smell and needed to be washed a few times to get rid of it.

Unhappy poor service.
I purchased 3 bundles of 16,18,20 inches and 12 inches closure, but I was disappointed to receive two bundles of 20 inches and a 16 inches but no 18 inches as ordered to me that’s bad service especially when I clearly put down the length I wanted,that was my first time to order here, plus the bundles are very thin. Not impressed 😔

Never again
The hair looked real good when it arrived...sadly after installing it , it went into a grassy state (4 days after) The only product I use on weaves is john frieda serum. Never again!

Soooo disappointed waited over a week …
Soooo disappointed waited over a week for my hair . No communication at all. In the end i had to call them to chase up order..they just refunded the money with no explanations. Was buying the hair for an occasion which in the end as to late to even get done.
