I alway like the sleek base closure as it look more natural, which makes the lace not visible. I realise they have closure without sleek top base which is straight and I like straight closures more cos there's more quality and full hair but unfortunately for me they were not sleek base. So i went for body wave sleek base but i was not very happy with it cos is not full hair
Iike other straight one i got in the past.the hair seem to go in a direction tht i cnt change it when i part it where i want it to b plus not very full. Overall i still like it as it is very natural looking , which to me is important. I hope they bring more straight closure n make their unique sleek base stays as it is easy to find just lace top closure every where . Their customers service are the best ever, as my item got lost in the post and when i called another was send to me next day with no extra cost, i love shopping with them cos they care . Many thx

I was really so disappointed that my hair arrived late when I spent more than £50 for it to arrive in 2-3 days and it arrived in two weeks like Alixpress but on the other hand the hair was perfect.

The items came too late
The items came too late. I had been contacting the customer service because the parcel wasn't arriving and i had paid for an express delivery to Italy (1-3days, £35). I also tracked it and both Royal mail and Poste italiane said that it was still in Britain. I sent another e-mail to Premihair customer service to say that it didn't attive in Italy as was shown in the tracking websites but they kept on replying that it was in Italy. I asked for the refund of the express shipping but they only offered a partial discount but then when i asked them again they didn't answer.
I won't buy from these people anymore and i suggest you don't, especially if you come from outside the uk. They must be desperate not to give me back my shipping money. They need it very badly.
Very poor customer service.
The items came after 2 weeks from purchase and i had paid £35 for a fast delivery. And the items are not the best quality as they're made out on the website, just plain normal quality. If you want great quality and fast delivery, you search somewhere else.

I placed my order last week still haven't received my item. I have called up and no reply no one is answering the phone and I just find that to be unprofessional. I believe that if company cant provide consumer needs
then they shouldn't be running a company at all.
If your off let the customers know when you shall off that way no one will be in for a disappointment. I would like a full refund straight way don't bother replying now.

disappointing …
I have been a customer for premihair two years now I always buy from here and have not had issues until now. Recently I placed an order hoping to get it before New Years as they say they despatch orders the next working day which in my case was yesterday. I have been calling and emailing but received no answer or response I am very disappointed and I doubt il shop again because of this. I will have to go buy the hair elsewhere as I doubt it will come in time.
What has annoyed me the most is the lack of communication now I have to go elsewhere for my hair, I just want a refund and I won't be coming back.

The quality of hair is amazing
The quality of hair is amazing, have not yet installed it but the feel of it is 10/10. It came on time as I ordered about 2 day before xmas i wasn’t expecting it to reach until after all the delivery times went back to normal but recieved the hair one day after boxing day. The hair came packaged really nicely and none of the hair is in bad state. All my bundles arrived in mint condition definitely will be ordering from here again, extremely trustworthy, seeing as this is my first time buying hair online I am very happy with my purchase 🙏

Not a satisfied customer
I bought 'virgin unprocessed 7a hair' and was thouroughly disappointed. It was supposed to be virgin and unprocessed however when washed a lot of black dye was coming off of it. I especially didn't want the hair dyed as I was planning to bleach it. The bleach didn't take lifting maybe one shade to a dark brown. I tried to rebleach hair just snapped off. This should not happen with 7a hair. Also not all strands where the same length with real short hairs through out.

Stock ordering
I went to order the hair and 2 days later I got an e-mail to say the item was out of stock. I spoke to them direct and was told the hair would be back in by the Tuesday. When I rang back they said it had not arrived. I was highly disappointed as I had to re-book my hair appointment twice due to the delay and ended up having to purchase my hair elsewhere.

Good quality hair and closure. The delivery came the next day before 9am as I requested and paid for this method. Only issue I had was the amount of time it took to get a response from the whatsapp message I sent to customer service.
