As a publisher of high-end classic horror movie magazines, it’s essential we have an excellent working relationship with our printer. Having now worked with Premier Print Group for over a year, I can say I am overwhelmingly impressed by their attention to detail and their first class customer service but, most importantly for us, their commitment to getting the job right every time, providing us with world class magazines that are the envy of other publishers in the genre. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Over the past 20 years, I have worked with a number of printers and received varying degrees of service, from the very good to the downright useless. The Premier Print Group, however, take 'very good' to a whole different level of excellence. They are far and away the best printer I have worked with.
Why? Well, first of all, they get the basics right. The finished product is second to none in terms of absolute quality.
Second, should a problem arise, they will do all they can to deal with it in a way that will ensure that the publication still comes out on time and at the right quality level.
Third, the staff are courteous, friendly and I'm yet to meet or speak to anyone there who is not likeable and who will not go out of their way to ensure that I get what I require… and I'm fussy!
Finally, price-wise they are as competitive as anyone, so I know I don't need to look elsewhere for a quote.
Bottom line is that Premier Print Group deliver. If you are thinking about using them, take it from me, you will never be disappointed. They are that good.

First class customer service, the team at Premier Print go out of their way to be helpful. We needed our last job completed and shipped in a frankly unreasonable timescale to have magazines available at a trade show, and they did it - in time, and with excellent quality.
I have also found that they will take the time to talk you through any problems or errors (as a novice editor for a while there were plenty of those) in the effort to achieve a fully professional product.

You only have one chance to make a first impression - so we thought long and hard before entrusting the launch issue of Luxurious Magazine's print edition to Premier Print Group.

As our magazine depends on being accepted and displayed in some of the world's finest establishments, including Coutts, the Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna and the Beverly Hills Cigar Club, it had to look right and feel right first time.

Advised over the phone by Darren Goodson (we never met him), we chose the right paper, the right lamination and the right covers - so well, in fact, that everyone who has held a copy of it since has stroked the cover, said how lovely it felt, and how it is very much the luxury magazine we intended it to be.

Darren was marvellous and even shot footage for us of the magazine going through the presses.

I would heartily recommend him to anyone else taking their first tentative steps into magazine production.
