You say you have the stock required and after payment you inform the customer you are waiting for a delivery but have a new stock from the same manufacturer.
Just be honest, sell what you advertise and do not advertice what you do not have

Excellent custom service and Knowledge. Extensive range of products to suit everybody’s pockets. I received focused customer based service that’s not all about the money, the issues I had due to MY lack of knowledge were quickly and promptly resolved, which I find is rare now days.

At first your web page mislead me when ordering pots what size is 10 litres and so on, i phoned the shop and a helpful guy gave the the sizes in old English, can i suggest a chart giving the litres, sizes of top, base, and height, would be a help.
As for my order it arrived on time well packed, and thank you to both staff that spoke to me.

Great company but they appear to have run a dodgy raffle with no winner, bought 20 quids worth of tickets and then they deleted all history of it, shame

Delivery should have been on the Monday, supposed to be posted fed ex express, end up getting posted hermes, order was wrong aswell so can't use items I've received, only saving grace was the great service the guy on the phone gave,phoned his boss to sort it all out because no one else knows anything and aren't told either. Bad show.

Ordered a Product and was send a different manufacturers version (basicallty the same unit though), but Premeir Grow did inform me about this before posting, and i was really happy with the product, so all in all customer services was spot on as is customer care, delivery and packaging was super sweet and all at a resonable price, cheers Premier Grow you guys Rock!!!

After receiving my order damaged, I informed premier grow, who offered a discount on my next order, which happily accepted as they were helpful in my damaged goods email.

The 15lt pots that arrived were not the ones advertised on their web.A bit disappointed

Made two small orders. Both came in good time and nothing was missing or damaged. PGH also send me a couple of vouchers for the next order and I am very happy with the company.

Would highly recommend.
