Item made it safely to my Post Office box in great condition.

Item was packaged very well. However, it arrived over a month past when the title was released. I do know that signing for the preordered copies happened prior to the book's release, so I'm unsure of why it took so long for Premier Collectables to issue the pre-ordered copies in a timely manner. Maybe better preparation would be helpful when titles are anticipated to be high demand.

Outstanding offerings

Really dislike the way they sold this book as an autographed copy that you can opt to get PSA graded. First off, it’s not an autographed copy, but rather a sticker that Kim scribbled on and then thst sticker was stuck on one of the first cover pages. Just a very cheap way to offer an “autographed” copy.

Took a long time to ship past the book release date. Poor communication after making contact asking for an update

Crazy to ask for a review before I have even received my item. Said it was supposed to ship out 1-3 weeks after release date. We are now entering week 5.

Listing never mentioned it was a book plate and not a signing on the actual page.

I purchased an autographed copy of a book. What i got was an autographed sticker that was applied to a book after the fact. I expected when buying an autographed copy of a book that the author would have held the book, not signing sheets of stickers to be applied later. I am very dissatisfied.

The book was delivered in a timely fashion and was undamaged.

Long wait times and no customer support.
I prepaid for a signed book months in advance. The release date for the book came and went, and after 4 weeks of waiting I tried to inquire about the status through both an email and the Live Chat. Did not get a response to either one. About 5 weeks after the publication date, the item finally arrived. The lack of communication and wait time were unacceptable.

Great order confirmation and shipping communication! My book arrived when they said it would in perfect condition with a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing the autographed copy is real. I would definitely order again from Premier Collectibles with trust and confidence!

Terrible terrible service. Easily one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Took forever for my order to ship bc of illogical ordering policies (if one item in an order of 6 is pre order, yet everything else is in stock, the order doesn’t ship until the pre order item is released). Then once I got it, items were missing, had to get them reordered, then one item was on back order. Not to mention some of the quality of the signatures were quite poor (e.g., fading). (6) months since placing my order and still don’t have all of the items as of today (8/7/2026). Now trying to cancel the one unfulfilled item, as it’s been a week since PC CS said the issue was elevated, yet no updates.

As the book was released I had it within a week I've bout a few books. Never a problem it arrives safe and sound well packed I highly recommend your book needs from premier collectables. Excellent company

I had a good experience at this company. I bought a signed Ghostface Funko. The downfall was that it came damaged in the box but I contacted the company right away they put me through to there claim department and it was all handle super fast and easy. I would definitely buy again from them at the request they ship in a bit bigger of a box so it does damage the product but the is an honest accident.
