I'm sure you've heard it many times before. The product did not live up to the advertising pictures. The ink on the autograph was not vivid as it was in the photoshopped version of the advertising. Did not get what I paid for and customer service response was lackluster if any response was given at all

Your company has terrible customer service, lies and cheats. You should be ashamed of your selves. Delayed shipment for months and months with no information and terrible customer service. Finally shipped and the order is wrong. Do not buy anything from this company.

Worst experience ordering something online in my life.

Bought a framed signed vinyl. Item was delivered with the frame busted, glass shattered and damage to the vinyl cover. I have contacted their customer service regarding this but I have yet to hear anything back. I know they don’t ship it but perhaps they could package it bette. I’ll give updates to all.

I placed an order for dokken signed and framed and I was skeptical after being disappointed by the framing of my foreigner record. I must say it was night and day from foreigner. The framing was first class and packaged very well. I hope they continue to use this company for framing and ditch the other one.

Both autographs were very clear in the book. The packaging kept the item very safe as well. Plus having two copies of the book included (one signed, one unsigned) was perfect to enjoy the book itself without damaging the signed edition.

Ordered book in January, received in July. Some pepple got updated status, I got nothing,
I won’t do business with you again.

Great customer service

Ordered from Australia some time ago, however, reviewing now as only just saw a request from them to do so. Easy website to navigate and products delivered in excellent condition and in a timely fashion. Have ordered again since and same level of service.

Item made it safely to my Post Office box in great condition.

Item was packaged very well. However, it arrived over a month past when the title was released. I do know that signing for the preordered copies happened prior to the book's release, so I'm unsure of why it took so long for Premier Collectables to issue the pre-ordered copies in a timely manner. Maybe better preparation would be helpful when titles are anticipated to be high demand.

Outstanding offerings

Really dislike the way they sold this book as an autographed copy that you can opt to get PSA graded. First off, it’s not an autographed copy, but rather a sticker that Kim scribbled on and then thst sticker was stuck on one of the first cover pages. Just a very cheap way to offer an “autographed” copy.
