Would give a 0 but minimum Trustpilot allows is a 1!! Absolutely inferior products and customer service refuse to help when products are clearly sub standard. I spent nearly £150 on two sets of LED lights last year which were used for 3 weeks at Christmas and gradually seemed to fade in brightness. This year, upon rehanging them they totally failed within a couple of days and now because it is over the 12 month guarantee period I cannot claim anything from retailer and Premier refuse to have anything to do with them.

Over the last 2 years we have spent £200 on Christmas lights made by Premier Decorations Ltd. Specifically on their 425 LED Frosted Cluster curtain lights. 4 sets of lights, 2 sets failed during Christmas 2023, the third failed during Christmas 2024 and the forth and final one has just failed as I was hanging them out today, 17th December 2025. Very poor quality. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Bought a number of different height pyramid outdoor trees.
The frames are so poorly made that on a windy day the tree will bend and break at the bottom.
The small opening for the main post to slot into is not even 2" high at the bottom.
To resolve this with the remaining trees ive had to attach the 4 mtr tree to a flag pole,and on the smaller ones driving a wooden pole into the ground .
Looks great when lit,but such a bad design,and poor materials means I dont expect this to last long.

Only a 1 star because there's nothing lower. We bought a Soft acrylic snowman on 23 Dec. It failed after 2 nights of use. A replacement transformer would probably have solved the problem, but the only 'help' we could get from the company was 'take it back for a refund or replacement. Replacements are not available after Christmas. Bad quality, bad customer service. AVOID.

Bought a set of outdoor battery powered Xmas tree lights in December. Paid £39.99 from Webbs of Wychbold. The box said they would last in excess of 30 days on the battery power. We fitted the correct batteries which lasted for one night only! Unfortunately I couldn’t find my receipt and neither the retailer or manufacturer would give me a refund. I would definitely NOT recommend using this product in future and will only buy mains powered lights next year!

Purchased an artificial cherry tree as a central feature for my garden at a coat of £2,500 just under a year ago. The transformer has failed and no replacement available from the manufacturers. I was told to search the internet!! Poor customer service indeed, albeit speedy. So I now have a very expensive, useless tree as the lights won't work.

I twice bought

I purchased the Premier fairy lights on the 16 Dec 2023. They were erected on 21 Dec and taken back down early January 2024. Took the out of storage to put back up this year and they don't work. I contacted Premier Decorations for a their thoughts and even though they are still within the 12 month manufacturers warranty period they have said they can't refund me because the product is from China.

These lights cost circa £33 so nowhere near the cheapest I could have bought. In fact, I have bought cheaper in the past and have got 3 years use out of them. I have bought Premier products previously without issue so the response when something goes wrong is disappointing. I won't be buying from them again.

Bought a product from a garden centre and it was missing the plug. Contacted them, service was awful. Took about a month of contacting to be told the plug would be as much as the product itself. Steve the manager was not at all helpful and hung up the phone while I was on it. Avoid!!!

What fabulous service. Shazad was really helpful and went above and beyond. He absolutely made our Christmas. Thank you so much. We were so impressed by our experience with Premier Decorations, we will always choose these products going forward.

This whole Company is a Sham..bought 2 Outdoor Ball lights at nearly £100 only fir one to be broken..phoned them up and they sent a replacement only fir it to be the wrong colour..phoned them up again and got another sent out only for that one to be broken phoned them up again and asked them to plz check my order before send out a replacement ..so they sent out another one only to be the wrong colour AGAIN Sooo phoned again they said ANOTHER one would be sent which is wasn't and they told me it's becos they can't send any more as its too much...TOO MUCH...I just want my bloody order I'd had enough and asked for my money back..service is a shambles...product is crap and tbf the ball light was realy flimsy but I realy liked the look of it so glad I decided to get money back instead...stay clear of this company...they are not helpful and there products aren't worth the money .All balls sent back and still not refunded!

My daughter bought me a twin ball water fountain catNo. DC213337 for christmas what absolute rubish cheap looking materials very poor design it says you should expect water splashes but the connections are outside instead of in a box every thing about this
Orb Water Feature says I'm cheap, the designer and his supervisor must be getting paid very little because you only get what you pay for.
It really is very poor.

Needed a new transformer for my very old and no longer working one. Emailed customer services, they were back in minutes with what I needed and the details of how to place the order. Email confirmation back very quickly too. Well done.

I purchased Christmas light decorations in early 2018, priced £44 being the 750 white and warm LED Multi functional lights with built in timer. I used these for the 2018 Christmas period, they worked fine . . . so 2-3 weeks of use, put them away as normal and then used them again for following christmas just passed being the 2019 christmas period. This time though, they worked for one day only . . . .

I contacted the company and was asked to contact quality control, after lenghty discussions and several Emails, they basically washed their hands of saying the lights were over 12 months old and therefore out of warranty. yet I explained that being seasonal lighting, they had only been used a max of 3 weeks only, and my expectation would be for something of this price and quality, that they last a lot longer than they had. There quality control refused to even consider replacing them and even suggested I cut wires and connect then without the multi function controller, to see if they worked, though why would I want lights that were supposed to be on a timer and multi functional, and then cut this out . . . . needless to say they didnt work even by trying this, and the company just said well tough . . . over a year old, move on . . . . . . So my advice would be to go elsewhere.
This is copied from their Email to me . . . "As the lights are out of warranty I am sorry but there is little else we can do to assist". That's it . . . Just that.

I feel it is quite reasonable to expect lights even seasonal to last longer than a period of 3 weeks. I bought a £12 set from Tesco's and they still keep going after 8 years . . . . Moral of the story, you dont always get what you pay for . . . . .
The companies Customer service has a lot to learn regards the customers expectations. . . . . .
