The staff were lovely and friendly and I felt reassured my child would be safe in their hands. Activities were well thought out and my child loved taking part. Only concern would be, with the high temperatures we were having the children and staff were quite confined to a small space, they had an outside space which was nice however they all came out red faced, sweating and desperate for a cold drink. The booking process was easy and communication was good, wouldn't hesitate to book my child in again in the future.

No clue what they did, staff sitting down at drop off and pick up- no handover. Nothing on website about plans for the week.

My child had a fantastic experience at the summer camp. The staff were very friendly, caring and welcoming, which made my child feel comfortable and happy. There was a great variety of activities, and my child came home excited to tell us about the day.

The team did a great job keeping the children engaged, active and entertained in a safe and positive environment. We really appreciated the organization, friendly staff and the effort they put into making the camp enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to use it again.

The staff were great, there were lots of different activities with times for being active and times for being calmer. A good balance of indoors and outdoors. A smaller group which I think my daughter preferred. She said it’s the best holiday club she’d been to!

My son loved going to the summer holiday club. He was initially a little anxious as it was his first time but the staff made him feel comfortable straight away. He loved the wide range of activities available and can't wait to go back!

My daughter has really enjoyed the holiday club at cci. Happy on pick up everyday and has loved sharing the new sports she has tried.

without premier education I would not of been able to work this summer. My daughter always goes in so happy and comes out just as happy just a lot more tired. The workers all go above and beyond for the children making it a fun and safe enviroment.

Both guys who ran the summer holiday club were amazing. Organising events for all children to do making sure they catered for everyone's needs and interest. Even throwing a party on the last day giving party bags which was lovely.
Premier Education should recognise these 2 individuals as being a great credit to their team.
Kids can't wait for the Christmas club.

First day was great but my daughter came home from the second session and refused to go back. Apparently she’d been told off repeatedly for things others were doing (for example, another kid picked her up and dropped her, cutting her leg in the process but she was blamed).

My child really enjoyed the experience. It was his first time at a summer camp. He enjoyed the interactivity, variety of activities and also the leader was fun. He said he wished I’d booked him on more days!

We were really happy with our daughter’s experience at the summer club. Everything was very well organised, and the staff were all so kind, friendly and welcoming. She had a lovely time and really enjoyed being there. We truly appreciate all the care and effort the team put in. We would definitely be happy to recommend the summer club to others!

The booking process was initially very smooth.
Once booked there was great communication, with confirmation ahead of the dates reminding what your child needed to bring and their sites contact details.
The days themselves were very well organised, and there were a variety of activities.

Wasn't what I expected compared to other holiday camp providers! I ended up taking my son home as I didn't feel comfortable leaving him. Location was not as stated when booking and lack of security ie front door left open, no one asked for mine or my sons names, no checking of contact details etc. It's a shame because the same company provide breakfast club and my son loves it.

1st time using Premier Education and definitely wont be the last. My son who really struggles with change/new people etc had a blast during his time with Premier Education. He always went and came home with a smile and excited to go again to the point I was booking extra days at his request!
The staff were fabulous, kind and understanding. Thank you guys for making him happy and feel safe with you😊
