Increasing fees for mediocre care.
I have to use the service due to work commitments but sadly it isn’t ideal.
The fees keep increasing with little warning, a new fee per transaction has now been added.
When you have issues with your account they chase promptly, when you have a query it can take days to get a response.
The staff they have looking after my girls varies between being young girls who sit on their phones to maturer staff who feel it is appropriate to tell their personal life details.
Extra curricular clubs are always booked before everyone gets a fair opportunity to book, and it is clearly favoured towards regulars and friends and family.

My children love Premier Education. There is a range of activities and Jess makes my children feel very happy and supported.
Booking is straight forward and even easier on the app.

I cannot fault the staff but unfortunately the hours at my child’s school have been cut so they can only offer a provision until 4:30, not really fit for purpose or foe working parents

​First of all, I want to express my sincere appreciation for your classes and club activities. It is a huge benefit for working parents like us, as we have peace of mind knowing our child is in a safe environment. My son absolutely loves the variety of activities you offer.
​However, I am writing to share some feedback regarding the booking and payment policy on your app. We usually pre-book both morning and evening sessions for our son. There are times when he attends the morning session but is unable to attend the evening session. Currently, when this happens, there is no option in the app to cancel the evening session alone, nor do we receive a refund or credit for the unattended session.
​Because of this, we end up losing the money we paid for the evening. Since there is no wallet or credit system in the app for future adjustments, this leads to a recurring financial loss for parents.
​It would be highly beneficial if you could update the app to include a feature for partial cancellations or provide a credit note/wallet balance for missed sessions that can be used for future bookings.

My son Eddie has recently started school and uses you for morning and afternoon club, he has settled in really well and helps me stay at work without having to worry! Looking to book half term clubs aswell

Very high prices, plus booking fee to book one session of breakfast club it’s £6.25. It’s ridiculous in an area that doesn’t have much money. Wrap around care is essential for people to work and this is making it less accessible for people.

I think it is a great way of helping working parents, but it is a little bit expensive

The company is fantastic, excellent staff and activities. I cannot rate full 5 stars though as my child does 10 minutes only for each session

Staff are lovely however there are not always snacks available at after school club and the activities on offer can be quite open ended. It's also frustrating as a parent that we can now only book monthly not half termly and have to pay a booking fee for each transaction. Seems like a change that was intended to bring in revenue for the company, not to support parents and carers.

Booking fee is a complete rip off (I often only need to book a couple of sessions at a time). Prices are constantly rising and are at ridiculous levels, and they've now got rid of the short after school session meaning you can only book until 18:00. Not a great business model, as I for one will now do everything I can to avoid using the service.

I always feel so settled when my child attends after school club at St Mary’s school. He talks afterwards about what he has done, always has a happy coming home smile and tells me about what games they played and what most importantly the snacks they have had. I always get a detailed handover by Charlie, Isabelle and the rest of the team. Always consistent with an abundance of patience.
