I placed an order before the 2pm…
I placed an order before the 2pm deadline for next day delivery, however I did not receive next day. I tried to ring the number on the website to follow up but the number provided was for a completely different company who didn’t know anything about the company I had placed my order with. I then sent a message on their website which they replied to explaining they had problem with supplier but didn’t address the issue with their phone number. I did receive my order within the week, however I will not use this company again.

Really poor unfortunately
Really poor unfortunately. the website did not work when we tried to process the order, called their customer care, they were not concerned at all about the website not working. Took the order over the phone. No confirmation email. We then received an email asking us to complete the order. Called them again and they could not confirm the order went through. Bit of a disaster from start to finish.
