Outstanding service
From start to finish, both Mat and Chris were amazing. I mostly dealt with Chris, but both of them were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The level of service they provide is rare to find these days, especially in the motor trade. They went above and beyond to help in every way possible, even after the sale was completed. I would 100% recommend them to everyone. Thank you again for such a brilliant experience!

Mat and Chris are fantastic! They found me my dream car and I couldn't be happier. They really took buying a car to a tailored & personal level, they made Sure that I was happy with my final purchase and showed me every option available without any blurred lines or lies that you usually get with other big name dealerships, they are the most transparent dealer I have come across, you can see how much they value providing a quality service and making their customers happy! Amazing service by Chris! Found our car online and from the moment I called to finalising the sale he was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The first place I've found aren't pushy and understand customers concerns over spending so much money or taking out finance on a car. I normally hate looking for a new car due to feeling pressured and of no value at all but it felt different here!
Would definitely look here again for our next car, worth the hour and a half drive to go and collect and would do the same again!
Will recommend to family and friends for sure.

Fantastic experience with Precious Metal! Chris was really helpful, and customer service was second to none from start to finish.
Initially had a few hiccups with getting finance (my problem not theirs) and they were very understanding, but we got there in the end.
Couldn't recommend them enough!

I turned up without an appointment and was really impressed with how accommodating Mat and Chris at Precious Metal were. They were both incredibly friendly and genuine, not pushy at all—completely different from the typical car sales experience. Mat took the time to provide all the information I needed, discussed all the available options clearly, and even managed to get the car out (having to move 3 cars to do so) so I could take it for a test drive on the spot. Really professional, relaxed, and helpful throughout. Will definately be back when it's time for a change and I would definitely recommend!

It is clear to see why the company is highly rated, Mat and Chris’s service is second to none. The motors they stock are of the highest quality.
