Faulty product. It has taken 6 months to try and sort and is still not sorted. They don’t respond and their communication is horrendous especially Sandra. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

I had an issue with my order; the item arrived faulty, i sent emails and chases but no response. I dont recommend this site at all.

Treatment of staff is horrendous, I will never understand how they can treat young teenagers the way they have recently. I will never promote anyone to work in the Glasgow Pram Ctr.

We visited the pram centre in February. I wanted to leave a review because the girl who helped us, Julie, was so patient and knowledgeable. We stayed for around 2 hours and throughout this time Julie helped us with every question we had. She really made the experience enjoyable and put us at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. We recently had such a pleasant experience from the lovely Elizabeth helping us with our purchase of the Nuna travel system. Such friendly staff, super helpful and the entire team was so friendly. Great experience.

We received a fantastic, knowledgeable service to help us find a new car seat for our son following an accident. Being shown how to fit the car seat properly and making sure it was installed correctly really gave us peace of mind. Thank you soo much for your help!

I visited yesterday with my husband, mum and mother in law and we were there for around two hours. The pram centre has so much choice in all different prams and budgets, as well as all your other baby essentials. Although there was lots to choose from it was laid out well and informative. I found the pram I liked and we were assisted by Alyssa. Alyssa was great, she was informative about our choice and showed us lots of different ways we could use our pram. Alyssa was patient showing each of us how to assemble and take apart with ease. Alyssa gave us the right amount of support and we did not feel any pressure to purchase. We got our bundle ordered on the day and are really excited about it and confident that we found the right pram with their help. Thank you!

Visited the pram centre today, member of staff Elizabeth was very helpful and knowledgeable, when asking her lots of questions, she was very helpful and made the shopping experience a whole lot better!!

I had a fantastic experience at the Glasgow Pram Centre, thanks to Nicola's exceptional service. She went above and beyond, providing excellent assistance and even took the time to build our buggy. Nicola's dedication and expertise made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommend this center for outstanding customer service.

AVOID!

Our pram tipped and our babg fell face down due to issue with brake. I emailed and was ignored. I emailed noordi who copied pram centre into the email and someone called Sandra sent coldest most disgusting email ever with T&Cs. No humanity or empathy! Disgusting

Disappointing. Item ordered was cheaper than competition but was broken on arrival. Took over a month, multiple emails and multiple phone calls to finally get a refund.

Outrageous delivery costs (£7 for standard delivery) and customer has to pay for return postage. Not acceptable for an online shop - won't be using again.

We bought our Egg2 bundle which has been great, unfortunately when we went to put stroller together there was a couple of parts missing, I dealt with Sandra from the after sales team who had contacted egg and organised to have the parts sent out within an hour of contacting her. Fantastic quick service

Went to get a buggy to travel abroad. Helped by a lively girl Keira who went above and beyond to help me decide on the best one for travel and comfort.

I ordered the Axkid MiniKid car seat in granite on 12/09/2023. On the morning of 13/09/2023 someone contacted me to advise the colour was out of stock and gave me a selection to choose. By 09:00am on 14/09/2023 the seat was in my car. Can’t really fault that can you 😃

Bought a travel system for my daughter at the Baby Show. Staff were excellent and helpful. Trying to get the pram delivered - whole different story. getting someone to answer the phone is a nightmare - phoned several times and held on for over 15 minutes each time. Finally got through to be told they are extremely busy phones - no apology. If the phones are that busy, they need more staff as very frustrating. Changed delivery date at last minute and then DPD never delivered as promised. Again tried to phone to speak to someone regarding the non delivery - absolute joke. 3 of us phoning at the same time for over an hour, still no reply. Emailed as well.
Also took 2 days off my work to get this delivery. Still not got through yet after trying for 3 hours!!

Terrible Customer Service tried calling several times and on hold for over 10 mins each time
What does it take to pick up a phone.
Also e mailed and got no response.
Pram centre please get staff to deal with important customer calls/enquiries and e mails.

I visited the Pramcentre with my son and his partner to buy a pram for their first baby. There was a great selection and the staff were extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Thanks to all those involved for making it a great experience.
