Great service and excellent customer support. Sarah was very helpful in providing all the information I needed. With PEE, I could always speak to a real person whenever I needed assistance, rather than dealing with a robot, which made resolving issues much easier.
I'm only leaving the service because I received a slightly better rate from another energy supplier. Overall, I've had a positive experience and appreciate the support I received.

We believe Pozitive Energy are the worst energy supplier that we've ever used.
It's a long story that goes from bad to worse. Back in May 2025 they took all of Opus Energy's supplier list thus, by accident they became our new electricity supplier on a small retail shop in the North of England.
We are the Landlords of the said property and, as this property was vacant the usage was negligible .
The 30minute meter was already broken when they took over our account. We informed them on numerous occasions, even having their area Manager in our office in an attempt to resolve but, on each occasion they chose to ignore.
Twice we persuaded them to send an engineer to repair or replace the broken meter but on both occasions they were a 'no show' wasting our time on am or pm appointments but, at the end of each month they've been very quick to produce an estimated monthly invoice of approx £500 which included £2-300 electricity and a standing charge of £8 per day (£240 per month) for a meter that doesn't work!!!
Fast forward 9 months to January this year we gave them final warning which they ignored so, we moved suppliers. Our new suppliers fitted a new meter immediately and charge 0.60pence per day standing charge.
Pozitive's total invoices amount to around £4,700 for the 9 months. These invoices are completely unsubstantiated and we have challenged them on this matter which they ignore. They pre port we were using £2-300 worth of electricity per month in a small vacant shop with a meter that doesn't work!! it's impossible!!
This has all been very tedious and time consuming and we feel that we should warn users accordingly.
We would strongly recommend that this supplier is not used.

EDIT: UPDATE SINCE THEIR RESPONSE. As stated in my review, the energy was never disconnected by Pozitive Energy. I have this in writing from one of their representatives. The issue with the power was the main fuse to the consumer unit which was replaced by Electricity NW and the power then came back on. There was no requirement for any reconnection from an energy company, just a fuse replacement, and therefore no reasonable reason for a £600 reconnection charge.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Pozitive Energy (PE Solutions) represents everything wrong with the commercial energy market.
We recently purchased a commercial property and arrived to find there was no power. What followed was weeks of endless calls trying to get a straight answer, pure corporate opportunism, and outrageous billing:
Weeks of misdirection: We spent weeks calling Pozitive Energy to find out why the site had no power. We were assured three separate times by different representatives—including in writing—that the property had never been disconnected and the supply was fine.
The invented £600 fee: After weeks of leading us in circles, they suddenly changed their story and tried to take advantage of our situation. They fabricated a £600 "reconnection fee" out of thin air, attempting to extort a brand-new owner before they would do anything to help.
The reality: The power issue wasn't a disconnection at all. It was a simple fuse fault that Electricity North West (our network operator) came out and fixed within a single day of being contacted. Pozitive spent weeks misinforming us while trying to cash in on a routine network fault.
Adding insult to injury: To top it off, Pozitive then slapped us with a £177 bill for a single month on a vacant property—charging us inflated standing charges and estimated usage for a period where we had no actual power.
Fake reviews: Don't be fooled by any high ratings on here either—it is glaringly obvious they rely on bots or fake accounts to post positive reviews and mask how dreadful their actual service is.
Their strategy was to exploit a new property owner's desperate situation to extract fake fees. We bypassed them entirely by securing a New Occupier switch to Octopus Energy.
If you are a business owner, landlord, or property developer, stay well clear of Pozitive Energy. They operate with total disregard for basic honesty, Ofgem guidelines, and standard customer care.
