I have been buying products from Powder Butterfly for over 10 years both for myself and as gifts. Recently I have used the online shop and the service is excellent. A few years ago I bought Newcastle baubles for the Christmas Tree and more recently mugs to give as gifts and for myself. They arrive promptly and well packaged. I highly recommend products from Powder Butterfly.

Great little company
Great little company my husband has been going on about having a tea set for ages and I happened to come across powder butterfly as they had a newcastle teapot set, I paid for extra for the delivery to come quicker it came on time but unfortunately even though it was wrapped well and taped up saying fragile the cup had smashed, I messaged straight away for corinne to message straight back saying she would send out an replacement and that she was ever so sorry that it had happened, 2 days later I received a completely whole new set not just the cup. This shows how much she cares about her customers as she has gone above and beyond to do this. I will definitely be recommending her to people and will be buying again, great little shop 👍
