Refund

Hi, I recently placed two orders totaling over £300. As a new customer, I received a 10% discount code. Since I wasn’t sure about the fit, I ordered multiple sizes of sets and bras. However, when I returned the items, the refund was deducted based on the discount, meaning I was charged the full price for the returned items.

For example, I should have received a refund of £145.60, but due to the discount deduction, I only received £133.60. I frequently shop online and have never encountered this practice before—my refunds have always been processed based on the amount I actually paid, including any discounts.
This is a disappointing and unfair policy. I will never order from Pour Moi again!

Great for larger cup sizes

These are the nicest larger cup size bras I've found. Some sexy and some super comfy and practical. Good prices. The swimwear is a bit too modest on the bottom for my taste, but it's nice, too. I have several colours of my favourite bras and would order more.

Went to Pour Moi in Leeds just to get…

Went to Pour Moi in Leeds just to get some new bras and was met by Beckie who was absolutely fantastic. She advised the current bras I was wearing were the wrong fitting and helped me find some new. They feel so much better. So much so I left the shop wearing my new bra and binned my old one in the shop! Could not recommend enough.

I emailed Pour Moi at 15.30 after…

I emailed Pour Moi at 15.30 after buying a swimsuit but it was really uncomfortable I was immediately offered a replacement or refund from Sam,I decided to take the refund and don’t even have to return the item. I am so impressed it is the best customer service I have ever received from initial email to accepting the refund took 8 minutes. Great service

Royal Mail failed to deliver the…

Royal Mail failed to deliver the original item, however when I emailed sales Sam responded very quickly and sent out a replacement straight away.

This was despite Royal mail still saying they held the original order. Very good service.

Tried to order twice

Tried to order twice. Difficult to figure out where to write the welcome discount. Verified payment details with bank ID twice, but didn’t seem to go through at the last stage. Got scam vibes and didn’t want to try a third time. Crossing my fingers that I am not hacked here.

Never again

Repeat buyer. Usually pleasant experience however just had one of the worst. Spent $146 on two items on 12/4 that still have not arrived and not one but two reps stated they would “be happy to refund” if package showed no movement after 19 days. We are on day 25 after asking they simply cancel the order that never left its origin for a full 17 days straight. They ignored and now against their own repeated claims of being happy to refund my items over a week ago are claiming that I can return once arrives. It’s been 25 days.. no package. No refund. Horrific customer service. Blatant lies. Never again.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience - gorgeous bras that fit too!
A sales advisor helped me when I accidentally put the wrong delivery address, sam helped me update the address to the correct one. All delivered perfectly and on time. Thank you!!

Relentless Spammers

Spam, spam, spam.

These morons somehow got hold of my email address, yet they now claim they're unable to tell me even the IP of the person that subscribed me. I'll presume they've bought a dirty spam list from an unreputable spam address provider.

They then tell me that they've unsubscribed me, yet I got spam at 18.00 last night & then again at 6am this morning.

Clearly an unpreputable company.

Extremely nice swimsuits

Extremely nice swimsuits! True to size! Fast Shipping! I had to return my initial orders due to being too small (my fault I’m pregnant and struggling lol) the return process seems extremely easy so far. I’m excited to try their other items.

Rude member of staff. Refusing to refund me

This was my first time using pour moi. Brought 3 items and it all came to £73.50. Unfortunately had to return the items as they didn't fit. Since then, I've had problems. I have just moved house and took my parcel to local post office. They scanned the QR code and gave me receipt. Unfortunately since posting it I have lost my receipt. I posted the item 2 weeks ago. I admit, I am part to blame for using my receipt however, when I spoke to royal mail they said that pour moi will still have proof I've posted it as they would of been given a reference number. Hilary who I've been in contact with since this has been going on. Has been extremely rude, unhelpful and accusing me of lying by not sending it! At first lied and said she wouldn't of recieved any proof until the post office scanned it. I was constantly going back and forth with royal mail and pour moi. Eventually, Hilary did give me the reference number but ironically it doesn't work on the royal mail as it says there's a problem! Still been accused and they are still refusing to give me a full refund. Even thought they've got reference number, if I didn't send it you wouldn't of been given that! I do not work for royal mail so it is out of my hands! Hilary is even asking me to prove the conservation I've had with royal mail. How can I do this when 1. There's no option to chat with them online and secondly I rang them and spoke to them?. How much proof do you actually need? All this lady has done has caused me more stress, being extremely rude and accussing me of lying.
Very unprofessional. This has been far by the worst company and staff I've come across!

After reading previous reviews on here I'm clearly not the only one who has had an issue.

Will be taking the legal route.

Avoid this company!

I've had a look at the conversations and the details of your situation and as Hillary mentioned, we can see the return was registered but there is nothing to say it has been received by Royal Mail. Once it's scanned at the Post Office there would be an update on the tracking to say it's been received. Hillary won't have been withholding the returns tracking number. It would have been available to you once you set up the return as it's automatically generated.

As you can imagine, we work very closely with Royal Mail so we are aware of the processes they have in place. Each customer enquiry generates a reference number. When Hillary requested this number, it was in order to see if there was any way we can assist further, not to make accusations. We're here to help and we strive for excellent customer service but as Hillary has explained, without proof of postage or a scan on the tracking, there is no evidence to say the return has been sent.

Great customer service

I was a bit disappointed that I had to return an item due to a manufacturing fault and wasn't given the option of a replacement. But on contacting customer services I got a very quick response with a refund of postage cost and a discount code to reorder - great work, thank you.

Worst customer service

I orderd a bikini with delivery to Ireland. It was not as described in terms of tummy control. I returned it. It cost me roughly €15 to return. Then pour moi shorted me on the refund by €7. I have proof of this on my bank account. The worst part is the customer service agent basically called me a liar and tried to say it was a discount on my order - whatever that means. I paid X amount so return X amount!
I will never use or recommend anyone to use this company. Their customer service is atrocious. God help anyone looking for a refund!
