Poundcrew do not fulfil orders correctly. It takes months to receive your order and when it does arrive it is the incorrect product or wrong size. They do not respond to complaints and I have now been waiting five months for this to be rectified.

Order placed in Feb18. No responce since March even after several emails. No goods either. Complete anonymous supplier with no real address or phone number

No delivery at all. No compensation. No customer service. Just one big scam - nothing else.

Terrible. I placed an order in early December 2017 and still no sign of anything. I had a reply to one of my emails back in the New Year to tell me to be patient, but since then - despite several emails - I've heard absolutely nothing.

Just take the money and no delivery. On any email no answer at all. Be warned!

I ordered in October with Order # CBOQ-591804. Good´s not received until now. Nobody answered my e-mails asking for clarifications. Looks like a fake company.

Very bad, products are made in a back room somewhere, wouldn't advise buying any creams form there because they tend to put something totally different from the original brand!
Their face magic is the worst that i have ever ought from any store, instead of the real face magic, they put POP! face cream inside that sells for around £3 which they package for £35 pounds not including the expensive shipping for such small rubbish.
Be warned if u don't want to ruin your skin!!

I ordered 23 July.... not received anything yet, except for 1 confirmation email. Tried to get in touch with them 3 times now, no reply, no tracking information. Do not buy at this shop!!

Edit 8 sept: it arrived... unbelievable, I had given up on it.. no communication received at all...the sweater is nice but not such nice material, very synthetic.

We received our product and it was amazing. It was worth the wait. Poundcrew has made good changes.

Just take the money and no delivery. We´ve ordered two sweatshirt in L and the send one Sweat in XXL with an wrong motive. On any email just the message: we check and then no anwer at all. We ordered last year. And no delivery or money back on any demand.

This is not serious and cheating

Made an order weeks ago. Still not arrived. And no response from emails. No way of getting my 12 yr olds money back. No way of contacting them ?

Terrible. Takes your money but then nothing delivered & no replies to contact asking if the item has actually been dispatched yet. I am now trying to get my money refunded by opening a case with the credit card company.
Do yourself a favour & buy from another company

I used poundcrew once. the shipping takes a long time about 2 months but the product is good. they don't give you a well-tracking info unless you ask for it. Their customer's service does not always reply but they do sometimes.
