bunch of clowns
so these bunch of clowns verified my account 3 and a half days ago after i requested a withdrawl yet withdrawl still sitting pending after 3 days customer support is rubbish as all you get is rude agents who join the chat and wait 10 mins or more before giving the same old scripted cut and paste reply about the withdrawl is still being reviewed after 3 and a half days which is lies as its just stall tactics so if withdrawl not sent by end of today ecogra will be informed

Breaking the gambling commission rules…

Breaking the gambling commission rules no wonder there’s so many complaints , for weeks I have played without being ask for proof of identity however the minute you win they need , passport , photos of bank card , three months bank’s statements and more , this goes against the gambling commission rule that a company must ask you to prove your identity before allowing you to gamble .I will not be complying but instead taking it to the gambling commission and as we have all seen in previous cases it’s cost these companies more than paying out the modest £100 or £200 winnings.

Pots of Luck SCAM SCAM SCAM

I joined Pots of Luck 3 weeks ago. I made an initial deposit straight after joining of £100. As soon as I started to play I received a message telling me I had to be verified. I have played online at various casinos and this usually takes between 1-3 days. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now . Customer support don't even reply to my emails. Live chat when you do get through to them tells me that they will look into it and respond via email. I've been told that 3 times now and ...... yes as imagined nothing yet. THIS CASINO IS CLEARLY A SCAM, STAY AWAY

Awful company

Awful company, waited until I deposited 20 pounds and played it through, which I lost, then they ask for every slight bit of documentation possible to try and stop you claiming any winnings you may have earned. I can only heavily advise against using them.

I have been appalled at this company to…

I have been appalled at this company to the point where I’ve only written this review having never given a bad review ever. However, when a company can take your money £30 then ask for you to verify yourself in terms of ID, banking details proof of income, address details utility bills, money laundering checks and the like it makes you wonder how they can get away with it. The gambling commission have no teeth and tell you in the first instance to complain to the company. That’s like complaining to a peadophile about someone being a peadophile in an establishment you work for. Pots of luck should be more like pots of F@ck all.

Customer service should be renamed customer disservice and this site along with many others come under the banner of thegracemedia.com bubble.

They said I wrote to them on a weekend as though that’s a reason for them not to reply and it’s Tuesday night and still heard nowt. You can’t make this stuff up but it’s true.

The best thing is this so called responsible company is sending me offer after offer by email daily since they have my contact details but how can I play them if I was a compulsive gambler if I can’t verify myself. They could certainly take money from me on a weekend.

If you have a gambling problem I feel sorry for you …… for those that don’t stay well clear from this site and others in its stable otherwise you may just end up like all the other reviewers on here.

Withdrawal of £700

Withdrawal of £700. Took 5 days to hit my account. Sent documents at point of withdrawal. So I’m pleased I did that having read other reviews on here. One con is the lack of communication from the team. I was worried because of what other reviewers said. But turned out fine

I wanted to drop this review with no…

I wanted to drop this review with no star at all. I have been in contact or trying to be in contact since the 30th of July. Been a customer for a few years now and have never felt so mistreated like I have been feeling with pots of luck. After making deposits playing and winning some money I’m still waiting for my winnings since I made my request on the 29th of July. On 30 they emailed me asking for 3 months bank statements showing my money coming in. I have send the pages where it shows the money I have coming in every month, photo of my cards, bill to prof my address even though they already have this because I have send it before. I had to upload the docs 2 times in my account and was told both times would take up to 3 days to have them checked.

18th of August I have no more answers on my emails and still have not received my money. All I want now is pots of luck to pay me what I have won so I can close this account I want nothing else to do with this crap site.

Just an update……..

Just an update……..

I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal now for over 12 weeks!!!!

No replies to the past 3 emails sent over the past 2 weeks.

No update as to why I am still waiting for my £3600 withdrawal to be processed.

I’m outraged that not only have they kept me waiting over 12 weeks, but that they are now not replying to emails????

I’ve wasted so much time and energy over this and have been given no information since day one.

I’m seeing that people who have joined the casino weeks after me are having withdrawals processed!!!??

The way I’ve been treated and the Way this has been dealt with so far is an absolute disgrace!

I guarantee I’m on here doing another update in a couple of weeks time none the wiser as to why they have not paid me.

****** PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW *****

Right, first of all I will be updating this review as it goes a along with my withdrawal.

Company itself - Contact numbers do not work > They state due to the pandemic no one is able to take your call and the line cuts off.

Live chat - Non existent ... Apparently upgrading there services, which has been like it for about 4-5 days now.

Emails - Very quick to respond to emails but you are never dealing with one person, always passed around with different members of the team

My experience, deposited £120 and won £650 so I am in the process of trying to withdraw right now, for them to email me the withdrawal is in process, then to receive another email to state they need more documents from me and they are as follows

Picture of debit card, front and back (Covering CSV of course)

ID - Passport driver licence

Bank statement of previous month

Proof of earnings (Payslip)

So they are happy you are depositing and no questions asked but as soon as you want to withdraw they seem to care about your spending and want proof of the above documents which seems very excessive to me.

Been 3 working days now as I say I will update as this goes along.

After supplying the documents they paid me with my withdrawal

Recommendations to the owners : when you withdraw for the first time, it would be good to receive an email stating withdrawal is in process because you don't get that email for a day or 2 so it makes you think is it going through?

Second .. get your live chat up and running asap

Thirdly.. when you email it would be good to deal one customer support agent and not be thrown around to multiple people or replies

Not paying out at all.

Ive been a customer for more than a year now. Never had issues receiving my withdrawals. I’ve won £420 back on 26.05.21 and haven’t received it yet. Customer service is useless. All I keep getting is we have asked the pay department and will email you once we get a response.

2 weeks later I was asked to provide proof of income so I did. It said it will take 3 full days. Nothing, when I emailed them all I heard was the same story… we will email you. I have to keep chasing as no one has emailed me at all.

I’ve filed an official complaint. We will investigate and email you once we know what is happening.

What a load of lies. I keep emailing them once a week and I’m sick and tired of this now.

Avoid at all cost. Bunch of thieves and that’s all. Not recommended

I won 1850 pound over 2 weeks ago…

I won 1850 pound over 2 weeks ago withdraw the cash in 3 separate times it’s processed the 500 withdraw but I’m still waiting on both my other ones. Customer service is a joke I’ve kept emailing them everyday but keep getting the same response saying I’ll hear from them soon it’s a joke

Pots of luck withrawal

Been a regular user for sometime with deposits and withdrawals fine. Still not verified and I’ve tried phoning no calls taken I’ve emailed nearly every day and I get told the same thing we will chase the section up and you will receive an email once all ok! Three weeks this has went on for no emails no requests for anything further just nothing!
What can I do?

Rubbish.

I previously gave it 5 stars but after being asked for additional documents to verify my source of income my account was restricted and after A MONTH I am still waiting to get verified. My account is blocked, my withdrawal as well. I'm waiting for my money and no one bothers to answer my emails. Chat is currently unavailable. Avoid

Pots Of Lies

Couple of major issues with this company.
1. A fee is charged for all withdrawals under £30.
2. As part of their license, they have to verify people's identities. No problem. Companies have to do this; so I uploaded the documents they asked for. Account was immediately restricted so I could not access my funds and a week later, I am still waiting for the account to be verified. I spoke to live chat who assured me it would be done by the end of 26 May but as of 27 May, I'm still waiting and have been told to wait longer. How long you ask? I have no idea. Live chat are useless, the phones aren't being answered and no one at that hideous company gives a damn.
Avoid like the plague for your own sanity. Plenty of other good sites out there that don't charge for withdrawals, and actually give their customers answers when they request them!

27 May: I've received an email from customer services asking me to be "patient". Yeah, right! I've been patient, they still have my money and no one seems to care.

30 May: Live Chat tell me that a manager has taken the 'necessary steps' to resolve this. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting and they still have my money. Live chat can't tell me what those necessary steps are, but helpfully did tell me that the manager looking after my complaint, made a request on 27 May that my case be looked into 'Immediately'. Not sure what defintion Pots Of Luck have for 'Immediately' but it does not appear to be the same one as written in the English Oxford dictionary.

PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE AND IT'S SISTER SITE 'KERCHING!'

I've not received an email from this scam site asking me to confirm my name, address and date of birth. Quite concerning as they already have all these details so I went back to live chat and asked why. Customer service agent Martin, asked me what the email referred to even though I'd already told him and then he said he was trying to gain an understanding of what was happening. As I was typing out a reply, he closed the chat because he hadn't heard from me! Another example of the shockingly bad service you receive from this site!
Still waiting for my money, for my verification and for an actual response to my complaint!

Update: 13 Jun 21.
I finally have my money back after an absolute age! The customer service is atrocious and I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company. They offered me a 'Goodwill gesture' of a £5 free bonus. That would have been OK, except the wagering requirements of said bonus made it completely useless... much like their customer service! Glad I have my money back as I can now close my account for good with them and never deal with this horrible company or their sister site 'Kerching' again!

Awful communication… pretty much non existent ! Take your money but don’t pay out winnings be careful, probably will have to cancel my card as I don’t feel I can trust this site from reading other reviews
