After wearing Postur's Boxhero underwear twice, the elastic is separating from its body. It was hung dry twice after normal washing.
Premium underwear - I think not. I have a picture that I shared with Julia Lopez of Boxhero.
Disappointed
Disappointed. Trying to get in touch to return the item I bought which is not helping. They have a 90 days guaranteed return but can't even get a response to my emails sent regarding a refund. Definitely won't buy from them again with such bad service.

I was sceptical at first, but I am so glad I purchased the Postur EMS Necklace Neck Massager. It is more powerful than expected and I use it daily. It is very relaxing and my neck feels much better after a stressful day at work! The service is great too!

Refund not given
I purchased the foot massager for R1000 online in February 2023. The massager was of poor quality and was not fit for the purpose it was intended.
In terms of their refund policy I returned the item in March 2023, under registered post, ( proof of return was forwarded to the Company).
Instead of forwarding me a refund, Postur informed me that they will forward to me a voucher for the same amount. This was not in terms of their policy and I insisted upon a refund for R1000 as I had no need for the voucher.
Despite numerous requests for a refund I have to date not received same.
I am a pensioner and a cancer patient and this has caused me stress and anxiety.
I wish to advise that I am most disappointed with the item and the service received from Posture. They are dishonest and their advert is misleading and they cannot be trusted.

My daughter ordered 2 pairs of shoes…
My daughter ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them, they were not cheap at all, after about 2 months she received 1 pair, after numerous emails back and forth they asked for a photo of proof that only one was received, she send the photo. Last she heard from them was on the 29th of August saying the query has been allocated to the logistics department. I send them a email on the 19th of September 2023, I am still waiting for a reply from them Will never buy from them again or even recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT BUY from this company they are fraudsters. I ordered a foot massager for my wife which took three weeks to arrive and then did not work at all. I have sent numerous mails to Alba in their so called customer service department and initially received a reply requesting a video of us trying to get the massager to work. All subsequent mails sent to them remain unanswered and don't expect to receive one. The 100%money back guarantee is a hoax 😡 This company should not be allowed to trade at all😡

I ordered a foot massager on 28July with a delivery undertaking of 10-18 days. After paying the money on ( 28 July) all went quiet. I sent them an email with no reply although they offer a service on a 24 hour basis. I suppose this is a scam company and would like to warn people not to order any items from them.

Never use this company, I ordered size 6 (39) bunion correction shoe and got a (37). They take forever to answer emails, the quality is disgusting. I must now return at my cost or only get back 35%. Will not hold my breath for the refund.
