Too expensive. Poor Quality .

Too expensive for the quality I've received. All plastic.
And shipping has been too slow.
Not very happy at all.

Really poor service

Really poor service. Notified the address was wrong for the delivery a few weeks ago and I am still waiting for the products at the correct address.

No major problem

No major problem. But the delivery time became a bit long. We got a message of delivery for Monday 18 April, but the delivery did not come until 20 April.
Apart from that fine.

These aren't great

These arent great. They image is poor quality, low resolution and looks almost pixeled...I feel I could have achieved the same affect using my own printer. The colour saturation is poor and the images seem dull compared the the ones shown online. I won't be hanging these on my wall and am disappointed return shipping has to be paid by the customer.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Ryan from customer service sarcastic and won't help. No product.

Thanks for reply for but why did it take a negative review for any action when gave so many chances to customer service.

Would still avoid!

Not poster paper as you'd think from a poster company for regular printer paper, easy rip. Size doesn't fit frame to match. Straight in the bin.

Just stop. If I could attach the multiple requests and fob off responses I would. I'm not spending any more time on this I've already spent hours. Clearly you are a dishonest company.

We did numerous follow-ups with our freight partner regarding the delay in delivery when you contacted us.

As we are delivering from Sweden, the freight company routes have been affected by the crisis in Ukraine which resulted in the delay.

I bought two posters and they really are great , exactly as we wanted , the only problem for me is that one of them has quite poor resolution, which is a shame as when you stand beside it instead of being crisp it’s blurred

The frame came bent and broken

The frame came bent and broken. I requested a refund three times and yet to receive one. Along with them then charging me again for the frame. Twice paid. Broken product. No refund. Terrible service.
