I was devastated to find 3 dye dots on…

I was devastated to find 3 dye dots on the back of my son's new PP Woody PJs, and nervous because we didn't open until February (and I had purchased before Christmas, so return window was closed)! That said, once I provided images, they replaced the product, free of charge. Great customer service!

Love Posh Peanut!

Love Posh Peanut!! Great products! Super soft and cute. I recently ordered a gift and accidentally had the wrong shipping address. I reached out immediately and Queen was so helpful in getting the correct address updated in their system. I really appreciated the responsive customer service from a person.

I have been a fan of posh peanut for years. They have the softest material and cutest designs. I had an issue where a package wasn’t delivered and Queen in customer service was able to help me out and sent me my order again!

I had accidentally purchase an order while shopping contacted support the following day and was refunded by 10am ! Thank you support was fast and I truly appreciate fast customer service on top of a great quality brand I will continue to support :)

Best baby products

Absolutely love this baby clothing website! The quality of their items are amazing — soft, well-made, and exactly what I was hoping for. There are so many adorable options to choose from, and shipping was super fast. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding — they responded quickly and were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them!

I had an issue with a lost order

I had an issue with a lost order, and Queen from Posh Peanut Customer Care went above and beyond to help me. From the very beginning, she was kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. She kept me updated throughout the process and made sure my replacement was processed quickly and smoothly.

What truly stood out was Queen's thoughtful follow-up and clear communication, she made a stressful situation completely worry-free. It’s rare to experience such genuine care and efficiency in customer service these days, and Queen absolutely delivered.

Appreciate the support from Posh Peanut

I had an issue with currency pricing on an online order, and although it took a bit of back and forth to fully explain, Posh Peanut’s customer care ultimately handled it well. YOU ARE THE BEST!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Posh Peanut. My daughter’s first birthday was on Sunday, and I already had a dress picked out, until Posh Peanut dropped the perfect Peter Rabbit dress for her storybook-themed party at the very last minute. I knew it was a long shot, but I ordered it with expedited shipping and emailed customer service, hoping someone might see it in time.

To my surprise, I received the sweetest email from Queen, who said they would overnight the dress for free. I ordered on Thursday and had the dress in my hands by Friday. For such a big company to go above and beyond like that truly blew me away.

The dress was absolutely perfect, and my daughter received so many compliments at her party. This was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in my adult life. Posh Peanut has earned a loyal customer for years to come.

Beware of the “Enjoy a gift on us”

Beware of the “Enjoy a gift on us” that they may send you when you get your package. It claims a free one-piece up to $40 (shipping not included), when you submit the code it only takes off $6. I message them about this and they said sorry, it was their error and it is only for 15% off orders. They said sorry and that it was supposed to be 15% and that is that. They may be cute baby company but they definitely dropped the ball on making it right when they were admittedly in the wrong. Seriously, they could have still honored the code as a courtesy for their mistake. And not lose a new customer. There are plenty of other companies that make the same stuff and will honor their special gift codes.

There was a mixup in the address

There was a mixup in the address that I had given to my order, and it ended up getting sent back to Posh Peanut. When I contacted customer service via email, immediately I got a response back from Angela stating that they will do everything they can to resend it to the correct address. No questions asked just great customer service. We not only love their clothing. Their customer service is a five store. Our go to for my granddaughter’s clothing. Great company with a great product.

Posh Peanut has truly top-tier customer…

Posh Peanut has truly top-tier customer service. I realized I needed to change the shipping information on my order and reached out on a Sunday, fully expecting to hear back later. Instead, their customer service team responded quickly, was incredibly kind, and actually communicated with me directly to make sure everything was corrected and shipped to the right location. That alone deserves major praise.

They genuinely go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. And let’s be honest, their products are SO cute it’s almost unfair. The quality is amazing: unbelievably soft, luxe, and clearly made with care.

I cannot wait for my daughter to receive her items. Posh Peanut has absolutely earned a loyal customer. 💕

Amazing customer service

Received a defective shirt, but posh peanut immediately replaced said shirt and hv received the new perfect shirt in only a few days. Material is so soft! Amazing customer support. Shout out to QUEEN who should be what all customer service reps aspire to be like.
