Equipment so far so good. The phone app SMART LIFE on the other hand needs to be updated and stop showing that wifi IS WEAK when we are fifteen meters away from the unit and the modem. The messages alerts should be a courtesy reminder not a costly charged rip-off. Shame.

Exceptional Service and Advice
I wasn't sure which pump would be right to replace a CTX280 pump and thought of getting a PRO200, but David replied to my on-line query suggesting a PRO150 as a better flow rate/power fit. Of course he was spot-on! Thanks for your honesty in recommending a cheaper option that is better suited to the filter. The pump was delivered very quickly to a Melbourne address. It fitted into the existing plumbing perfectly once I purchased a 40-50mm adaptor for the inlet pipe from Reece's (for a few $). Thanks again for exceptional service and advice.
