NOT RECOMMENDED. THEY ARE ABUSIVE.
If could give -5 stars it would be appropriate.
They don't know what the business is about.
Customer service doesn't exist.
I want to choose Ostrom as my electricity because prices are far more competitive.
My reader meter is from Polastern.
They know nothing and ignore me.
They are a dictatorship.
Other neighbours were forced to choose them because they didn't take any responsibility.
They abuse your power by imposing they crazy prices and denying the choice to choose for another electricity providers.
