Customer service hung up on me without…

Customer service hung up on me without assisting me with my issue, as my German wasn't good enough.

Its B2 - I'm doing my best here, I'd rather not be treated like this simply for being foreign.

Support service not working here

Apparently, this company does not provide support. It is difficult to find their phone number (it is written in the contract, which is not yet available), a stupid AI responds in the chat, and they have not been able to respond to requests for three days.

If it is important for you to be able to contact a manager, you should look for another company.

I switched to Yello after a bad…

I switched to Yello after a bad experience with Vattenfall .
My experience with Yello Strom was super positive, It ended due to a move abroad.
They are honest, transparent and very friendly. I would like to thank Sebastian with whom I made my contract in spite of my very bad German and even got a few smiles out of me, and the whole team who are super sociable and kind all the time!

waited 3 years so i had to go through…

waited 3 years so i had to go through such a hassle to pay another rechnung, worst electricity provider

I closed a contract for electricity…

I closed a contract for electricity online and received email with Security Key to log in into app. When I tried to do that App was keep telling me that my credentials are unvalid. I called Customer service and SUPER RUDE lady told me I need to try with another email address. What is this for an answer? I registered and put ONE email address and now you’re telling me to try with different one. Now I sent an email that I want to cancel my contract and guess what???? NO ANSWER AT ALL FROM NO ONE! This company is a joke and I please stay away!

never again

i've been there once for 2 years. never again. they made a mistake and i had to pay for it; i was calling the company to clear the situation but they were just disrespectful.

Worst electricity provider

Worst electricity provider, sent me a bill 1600 euro for a month cause they forgot to ask for number 4 years ago, almost give me a heart attack
