Great communications with me in advance, arrived on time, polite and efficient. Paid the price I was quoted.

As the electrician had "called in sick" and they could not find a replacement and couldn't rebook for a week so we are still waiting, I think one star rating is generous.

We had a friendly and professional young man, Lincoln Bradstock, come today to carry out the electrical work we had requested. He was on time and after checking, details, the room and also the Consumer Box. He just got on with his work, he was polite, considerate and tidy, a credit to your Company. We would definitely recommend Polarity Electrics to anyone.

Bunch of cheats, never use them. They under quote for works and then come up with seriously high quote for remedial works. As an example they quoted £50 for blanking plate thats costs £1.50.

They quoted approx £700 for remedial works , when asked why higher charge they couldn't explain. I got another electrician, paid £120 for his work and bought parts for £62

All good, speed service, efficient information, however I haven't received the Electrical certificate yet. More than 7 working days have passed and not sign of it. I called the office last week and they told me I should have it by email the day after but so far 4 working days have passed since then and still no certificate sent.

I had to chase the head office admin team on several occasions for Electrical Installation Condition Report. Poor customer service. Electrician spent about 3 hours in total for report and minor remedial work. My bill was just under £1000. So my conclusion was they are expensive and slow to provide feedback and certification.

Did not use polarity electrics. Had to cancel appt due to unforeseen circumstances

The electrician Paul was very punctual, friendly and did a great job.

Booked through BG Local Heroes, emailed a date and time by them which i agreed to then proceeded to sit in and wait for them to NOT turn up. Told on the phone it must be a miscommunication between myself and the person I spoke to as they had on their sytem for different day/date.
Used Local Heroes to get reputable electrician but no good if they dont turn up.
