It is a very robust system too much for one person to learn love the fact that you can pull up a situation by a phone number or name and search everything that has happened with the call or that customer everything is recorded and can easily resolve disputes by going back and reviewing everything that has happened there is so much more in this system that we do not use but can see how it could be helpful highly recommend to all businesses

Podium is a great fit for a customer base business!

Podium is a great fit with our current POS system which makes it extremely easy and convenient to communicate with customers without taking extra time for phone calls emails, etc. Their support is always there when you need them. Of course they have room for improvement like all companies these days, but in general, they are wonderful company to deal with. I have used several other similar companies and never been quite as satisfied.

Podium has been one of the best business investments I have committed to in my 25 years of business. It has aligned perfectly with our customer service model as well as lead generation. PIneforest Jewelry

We began our relationship with Podium as a way to increase our number of Google reviews. As a retail jewelry store (Pineforest Jewelry), we integrated their system with our POS software for seamless ease of use. We then purchased a new phone system thru Podium. Now, they offer text options for customers on the same phone number they call to speak with us. Podium also provides call and lead tracking with in depth analytics. We HIGHLY recommend Podium to other businesses in any industry!

More spam from Podium

Company constantly bombards our staff with calls and unsolicited texts trying to upsell, even after being told repeatedly to stop. The webchat works ok, although a key feature we were promised upon sign up as being in "beta" and "upcoming" has never been produced, 2 years later. Tech support is unhelpful during outages.

Podium is great

We find this a great tool to use for communicating with customers and creating leads. Also for collecting on past due accounts. And the phone system has been a boom for training our sales staff as well as reviewing customer interaction to keep informed on what has taken place in previous conversations.

The implementation process has actually been enjoyable!

I have been in the process of implementing the Podium AI and EMR. Every step of the way has been extremely pleasant. I have been working closely with Daniel on a weekly basis along with many of his coworkers during this process. I look forward to each Zoom meeting with their team. Something I can't say about all the other meetings I have.

Bad System - Buyer and Seller Be Forewarned

The system, declined my payment however, I had way more in the account. This is a very low-end cheap system. I inquired and couldn't get any reason from my shop. This is another one of those low-end systems that are a "wanna be" PayPal system. Going forward, any merchant that uses them, I am going to tell them no thanks!!!!
