Calipso Pools & Spas has had a pretty good experience with Podium. We primary use the basic package for review requests and the messaging system which we find very helpful to remain in contact with our community. Mira who opened our account was amazing and still takes our calls if we ever need. Sam, our account manager has also been very helpful to work with!

It would be really great if Podium phones would connect with AirPod Pro's for a Bluetooth option. Our phone system also does not connect with our overhead speaker in store so every time we have to page a call out to our sales staff, we have to get up and use a separate phone which can be very time consuming.

Other than those 2 things, the other features we use are incredible and extremely helpful for our business!

We were having issues with our phones and they responded and got things done quick! Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because of their AI chat. Not the greatest

We started using Podium for Maui Surfer Girls as a chat/texting app, but loved how it linked up with our booking site, Fareharbor, and also how its helped us maintain so many great reviews!
It's been very helpful to text since we regularly communicate with people from time zones all over the world. it's also handy when everyone works remotely.

Podium makes it very easy to manage communications with as many guests as we do. It is very helpful to be able to go back and verify the exchange of information between guest and representative- the internal mentions feature is also very helpful as we do not have to leave written messages in boxes and hope our coworkers get around to it.
