When the hose (and nozzle) WORKED I loved it, but then the hose began a small pinhole leak about three feet from the nozzle end eventually erupting to make the hose unusable. Also the sprayer (which... See more

Company doesn’t honor the warranty. Over the last couple of years I have purchased (2) 200ft hoses with sprayers. Works great until the sprayers begin to leak. The company states they offer a 10 year warranty however I have been trying to get replacements for quite some time and nothing. They tell me it’s been shipped however my account still reads Waiting for Details and they won’t give me tracking information.

Worst product I ever bought. It sprung dozens of leaks after only a few months. It’s garbage don’t waste your money.

Several pin hole leaks after a couple months, returned, got another, same thing. Gave up. Went with all metal hose. Much better. Al, you not representing a good product. Try it. You'll see.

Newly bought from Home Depot. Attached to the faucet and it leaks right out of the packaging. How disappointing. Terrible product. Returning today. :(

I’ve had my hose in the shade for nearly a year and went to use it the other day and there was a big split in the hose which flooded the garden. The concept of it shrinking is good but disappointed that it didn’t last long

I bought a 50 foot for the back yard a while back. Loved it so much I bought a 50 foot for the front yard. Now I just got a 25 foot hose for the side faucet. This product is absolutely great! Thank you Pocket Hose!

One hose had a leak in it and they wanted only a 30 day policy on it. Guess what,i gave it as a gift for a birthday and they used it once 6 weeks later and no way to get a new one or a refund on it. The second gift the hose did not shrink up like they said it would. It is a total scam.

The hose was great right up until two months, when it started spraying water from the hose to the connector to the tap.

I bought a 75 foot pocket hose in August of 2025. The hose blew a leak in November. Pocket hose claims to warranty this hose for 10 years, all good right?
Turns out i would need to pay for shipping and handling like 15 or 16 dollars.
So it's their position that I need to pay for the return of their your defective product along with your handling of it.
This is a terrible warranty! I bought your product with the expectation that it would last longer than 4 months. Now they want more of my money to make it right!
It's no wonder they don't have a place to write a review. Rest assured i will keep looking for a place to review this product and this company.
save yourself problems and don buy one of these.

3 hoses and 2 of them sprung leaks! We had to get rid of them. VERY upsetting.

I purchased three of these hoses and after 2 years all three have holes in them.

I have been willing to pay the high prices for pocket hoses, 4 times now, because of the weight and managability promised. of the four, 1 100 ft hose blew out the hose portion of the unit, Pocket Hose did replace it. Now, a 25 ft hose has fallen apart at the connection to the faucet, making it unuseable and spewing water from the connection. light weight and managability don't seem to be aligned with product quality.

I purchased 2 hoses and received a bonus Y joint. The Y joint broke at the female end. The plastic inside the copper top came apart. And one of the hoses sprung a leak in the middle of the hose.
I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I purchased a 75' pocket hose last year. I was very happy with it until I went to use it this summer. My first time using it there was a pin hole in the hose. I was unable to use this hose.
I did purchase another Pocket Hose to replace the broken one. Hopefully this hose holds up or I won't be purchasing another.

So far, so good. It seems much more sturdy than other flex hoses I've had before. The connectors are especially solid.

The On-line purchase process was easy. The delivery process was very poor! I made my purchase October 28, 2025. I received a confirmation email the same date. I did not receive any kind of shipping notice or status update. By Saturday morning, November 1, 2025, I received an email seeking my review and a second promotional email. Being a bit confused, I called and talked with a customer service representative. I explained I had not yet received the item and asked why I would get a review and product promotion before the product was delivered.
I offered to provide the confirmation number, but the representative asked me to provide virtually every detail of my name, address, etc. She finally told me the product was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday November 4, 2025. She also gave me some kind of tracking number via Amazon. I tried it several times, but was unsuccessful. I left shortly thereafter and upon arriving home found a package left at my gate. It was my pocket hose! So much for the November 4, 2025 delivery date.
The weather is not currently conducive for using my new hose, but it does look nice in the box!

Unfortunately, I bought two hoses that were much longer than I needed (my error) so I spent way more money than I wanted to. The hoses work well, and when I had a problem with leaking when I first got it, Pockethose made it right.

It is a great product , but the last 2 purchase came out defective

I love these hoses. I have purchased at least 4 of them. They are basically wonderful! They are light weight and easy to move around. The only problem I have found with them is that they get holes in them easily. I had one replaced but at least 2 others now have holes in them. It would be nice if they were a little tougher so that they didn't get holes in them.

I was told I had to ship the hoses back, at my expense, and then I had to pay a "reprocessing fee" for each hose I needed replaced. So I shipped them back and then someone else emails me saying I didn't need to do that and that they would mail me new hoses. I gave them my shipping information and then find out that they shipped my hoses to the wrong address. I let them know this and was told "we do not have control over the shipping carriers or delivery route". So, no hoses, and I am supposed to get in touch with the carrier with my tracking number. Why wouldn't you just ship it to the correct address? What a pain this has been.
