Great company to use!
I have shopped at Po-zu a few times and bern happy with the service, I had a problem a while back where the wrong return address was included in the delivery - the shoes went back and forth from the UK to Europe, eventually were returned and I was refunded, even though it was way past the refund period. Customer service always kept in touch and were chasing things their end. It was slightly frustrating, and it would have helped to be able to ring and speak to someone as I had to keep giving the same information time and time again, but I really appreciate all the help I got and it was all resolved in the end. Apart from that I have had no other issues. 🙂

We have seen allot of challenges with our warehouse provider and courier companies that are essential to any business, like our which is based on line.

We have, (last week) been able to exit the previous warehouse provider and also for the UK changed our shipping company to D.H.L which will put us back to where we were, in relation to our customer service levels and transparency.

I placed an order six weeks ago and…
I placed an order six weeks ago and still haven’t received the boots I ordered. I’ve received several assurances that they’d been shipped - then I was refunded for one pair which were out of stock after a month. I am still waiting for the other pair. Really disappointed.

We have been experiencing severe delays and general decline in our picking and shipping areas of the business, which was 100% down to the warehouse facility we are / were using and the on going issues we face with courier companies.
We would like to apologise for the delay in shipping your boots, this level of service is unacceptable and is being reviewed without any further delays.
We have re located our warehouse after severe issues with the previous facility and the goods are now ready to pick and ship.
Due to the period of time you have been waiting, i have this morning, refunded the full price back to you to allow you to purchase whatever you require with no further delays.
We do plan to go on a final sale inside 48 hours, so if your intention would be to give us another try then we would love to see you returning to the on line store.

The issues we have faced in the last 3-5 months have been around our third party warehouse and our courier service, both of whom have fallen short in relation to service levels.
This has been addressed and the deliveries and the general level of service will see a significant improvement.

I've already reviewed the boots I bought for my daughter about a mo th ago!
I've also sent you an email regarding ths tap at the back coming away with a photo no reply. As these are her only pair of boots I requested a replacement then I would re9the damaged ones unusual I know but would have expected a response at the very least. She has also told me that part of the upper has come away. Glad I bought them in the sale.

Love the look of these boots
I love the look of these boots. They're comfortable as well. I can see why other people have commented that the ankle is narrow - they fit me but if any smaller they would bunch up around the ankle when your calf begins. I love them! Well priced and have held up - just 3 months in though.

Boots for the Galactic Starcruiser…and for life
I bought these boots to wear on the Halcyon (the Galactic Starcruiser at Walt Disney World). These boots were totally in universe on the “ship” not to mention super comfortable! I hope you come out with others like these. I’m a fan for life!

No shoes / no refund / no communication
Made an order over £100 at the start of March. No sign of shoes after 2 weeks, so emailed and was told that they would be sent the next day. Still no sign of shoes weeks later and no response to any of my subsequent emails. Very frustrated, as I like to support small businesses but this has stretched my patience.

Thank you for your feedback, although nowhere near the level of service we normally aim for, please accept my apologies.
I picked your order myself and left it with our third party warehouse to ship, that was as you say around two weeks ago. Since then the warehouse facility has been leading us on a merry dance with promises and deliberate lies which we have only just found out, in the last 24 hours that all the orders including yours that i picked myself never left the warehouse, despite all these promises.
We have concluded our agreement with this third party provider with immediate effect and i am heading to the facility this afternoon to pick your order myself and post. If i am not able to gain access to the facility i will refund your entire order straight away, although i have been promised access to our stock.
I will let you have an update this evening.
Please again accept my sincere apologies for this poor service, which i repeat, is not the normal.
