What has happened to Pozu??
Order has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from Pozu... I bought two pairs in the sale order placed 1st April and have bought from them many times before. Very disappointed and want a refund.
Never received my order
I never received my order placed in early April. Only one of four emails to customer service was answered, but even that one was just a one-liner from someone who claims to work at Po-Zu offering no helpful information at all.
Thankfully, I paid for it using my credit card and was able to dispute the charge and get my money back. But it's sad to see a formerly reputable brand become so untrustworthy.
Order not received, customer service went silent
Unfortunately, I never received my order. I placed the order (shipping to Australia) on February 21st and received an automated shipment confirmation almost instantly. However, I never received tracking information. Alison was quite communicative at first, even arranging a replacement shipment using UPS, shipping from Los Angeles, USA, but this shipment got lost. Recently my address changed, leading me to request money back, which I tried to communicate to Po-Zu. But after May 8th I have not received any response from their customer service, despite sending a reminder.
No shoes, no answer after more then 2 weeks
After more then two weeks I still didn't get my shoes. I have ordered on the sixth of may and I got a confirmation the same day. But after that nothing happened. I have send an e-mail to customer service twice, but still no answer.
Zero stars
Zero stars. I want my money back. No goods have been received. No response from company. Looking at companies house the company who runs the website is being dissolved 21-05-24 buyer beware!

I ordered my shoes two weeks ago!!! These are not cheap shoes in fact they are rather expensive! I do not just buy shoes all the time I only buy shoes when mine die!!! so I have already had to order another pair of boots from elsewhere! FitFlop who hap my shoes delivered the next day despite me not paying for postage!
Po-Zu not only had confusing information on their website (saying shipping was free for orders over £50) then charging me £25 for postage! and telling me the shoes were one price then another price and then the final price being different again.
but now they are impossible to get hold of, something i can see in previous reviews was resolved by Dave... daves email is what was provided to me in my purchase confirmation, however this now get an undelivered message. I found a different email address using Shopifys contact seller option however i have had 0 replies. I also saw someone get a query resolved on Instagram via a DM, I have tried this and no answer... I have also tired writing comments on posts! no answer!
I still have no update on my order and seemingly no way to get an update or a refund!!
At this point i would say this once very popular company who had colabs with star wars and timberland are nearing on fraudulent!
I have had better customer service from Temu and Aliexpress companies where i buy things for pennies!!!!!
I do however if you have foot problems recommend fitflop!! they are not cheap but in the sale they are cheaper then this Po-Zu and you actually receive the items you pay for!

Hi Po-zu, I've attempted to contact you 3 times with the email addresses given both at the time of purchase, and what's on your website. All attempts have bounced back to me or have been rejcted. I want to return an item, but no packing slip or return label was included with the shipping. Is Po-zu a scam? Very poor customer service!

Editing this review after getting in touch with David from Po-Zu (who is an absolute legend). The order I had placed was returned by the courier service before it had left the UK. David resolved the issue and was extremely helpful throughout the process and keep me updated. So the 5 star review is actually for David and his efforts in resolving my issue.
As for the shoes, I received them recently and they're pretty good. Will need to wear them a little more to get used to them and Im sure theyll get more comfortable as they age.

Ordered a pair of shoes and as per the tracking number provided the order was returned to the shipper. Have emailed their customer support multiple times and no one has bothered to reply. No idea where my shoes are and no one is interested in helping resolve the situation. No one has even acknowledged that they have received my complaint,
No Customer Service
I ordered shoes at the end of May and inadvertently put down the wrong size. I contacted their customer service immediately and got an automated reply saying they would contact me roughly in the next 48 hours or so which they didn’t. I have contacted them three or four times since and am still getting the same automated response and again have heard nothing!! Now at the 19th August I’m giving up completely. So very disappointed as the shoes are good quality but my husband can’t wear them.

He contacted me and said he would send the pair for a size exchange if I was still interested. I am so appreciative. Once communication is restored and back to working at a normal pace, customer service is very attentive for which I was grateful. So I’m amending my review to reflect my personal experience with the company due to David’s efforts. I am satisfied now. Thank you.
Original review: I ordered a pair of boots in May, and received them in good time, so definitely no issues there. I tried them on and I like them; they are cool boots! But, they felt a bit too big. I was unsure if I should go through the trouble to send them back for an exchange. Over the course of about 2 weeks I kept trying them on repeated times and just walked around my bedroom trying to decide if I could live with them fitting just a hair too big as I must be in between sizes. Finally, I decided that I liked the boots enough to get the smaller size and contacted Po-zu customer service, stating the issue and that I’d like to exchange the boots as the next size down was still available. I didn’t receive any response. I have since sent 3 more emails over the course of 15 days and all I ever receive is their “form response” that states they “will try to answer me in 48 hours”. I am severely disappointed, and losing hope of ever getting this resolved. I have a pair of boots that I can’t wear, because I didn’t even get a return/exchange slip in the box with my boots. So, my issue isn’t with ordering and receiving the item, it’s with customer service after the fact, and I see I am not the only one with this issue. Hopefully, the company will take note of this seemingly much too common problem, and quickly take action to fix this communication issue which is essential to running a business. I hope other customers have a better experience than I have had. Thank you.

I have purchased po-zu as my preferred brand for quite a few years and am fissa pointed to be writing a negative review. I recently purchase 3 pairs of shoes and on receipt one of them was clearly previously worn. I emailed support to see what I should do and I did not get a response. I emailed again and once more did not get a response. Unfortunately the cannot see me supporting po-zu further without resolution to this matter.

The box was just a plain brown box with pen doodles on it and the boots had glue just like around the soul where are you connect the boot to the soul of the shoe so I must say I'm glad they were on sale because they definitely would have not been worth the full price.

Well made and pretty comfortable
I really like the 'boots' I got. They're frankly, more shoes that boots, but that's nitpicking. I really like high-tops, which is more what these are, but that might be an American thing. They're well made, and I think they look quite good. They're also more comfortable than I was expecting. I wear them often for work and when I go traipsing around Disney. I was hoping they might be a little more anti-slip on the soles. They seem like they'll hold up well over time. I like the materials they use to make them, as well. I appreciate the craftsmanship that went into these... boots.

I love the design of the shoe and I especially love the socially conscious business model but there are a few issues. One, the seem at the top cuff of the shoe rubs horribly on the Achilles’ tendon. Two they seem, to me at least, to run a little small and narrow but this may just be my foot shape. My biggest issue was a lack of response from customer service. I emailed your company months ago about returning the shoes due to the issues stated above but got no response. I love your company but I was honestly a little let down with this purchase.

Boots were nice and well made but…
Boots were nice and well made but they were not as pictured in the listing. I sent them an email about this and have yet to hear from them. It’s been well over 3 weeks since I emailed. I’ll still wear them as they are comfy boots but I’m a little disappointed at them not being as pictured and at their lack of reasonable customer service response time.
Edit 06/07:
Got a reply that the fastening on the back changed and could return the boots if I didn’t like them. Still, would have been nice to have seen the update on the boots be reflected in the photos and listing description before purchasing them!

Nice boots, bad return experience
I bought a couple pairs of boots back in March. They arrived quickly and looked really nice. Unfortunately, they didn't fit me correctly and didn't suit me, so I mailed them back. I bought the boots on sale, and I was fine with having to pay the return shipping as I would rather have the shoes returned and able to be used by someone else than sit around and never be worn. I had a tracking number and it said it was delivered and accepted on March 21st. I was patient and waited over a month, but never heard anything from the company or received a refund. I emailed on May 1st and was told that they switched warehouses, so my shoes must be at the old warehouse and they would try to find them. Now it again has been over a month and I have yet to hear anything or receive a refund again.
Update: I received a quick response and the matter was resolved promptly after my review. Thank you David.

Sole of a shoe came off - no response still...
I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years and haven't encountered any major problems, items always looked well and the delivery was always speedy (which is the reason why I'm not giving this company 1 star). However, my experience with the last product I purchased (Opal, Vegea) makes me reconsider my approach to this company entirely. After less than 6 months of use, the sole of the shoe came off entirely, possibly because it wasn't attached properly during the manufacturing stage. From a company with such a strong sustainability ethos, I would expect this would be met with options for repair or recycling the materials or even a refund, however, even after contacting the company twice, I haven't received ANY response. I feel incredibly disappointed and would recommend to avoid this product and this company, unless you have a very solid ground for believing the products are going to be good.
