Still poor service and no follow up of an apology

Excellent service.

I have used PNC Cars a number of times, and the driver has always arrived on time and with a smile. I have been driven to Oxford (and back) on many an occasion, and have been collected from Heathrow.

Nothing is too much trouble. The journeys have always been smooth, pleasant, and trouble free. The reliability of PNC Cars is outstanding, no matter the time requested for a pick-up.

Excellent service and a company I would highly recommend.

I've been a frequent business traveller for many years and have used many taxi and transport companies over that time (in various locations). I cannot overstate how pleased I am with PNC Executive Cars, because they arrive on time (no sweaty-palmed looking at the clock wondering if you'll be late to the airport) and also whisk you away in a very comfort executive class car.

Best of all, the price is comparable (if not even a little better) than with a "regular" taxi company and other competing service providers. I would thoroughly recommend PNC to anyone who needs reliable, comfortable and efficient transport!

Paul is a fantastic driver. Everything was confirmed efficiently and professionally, and he even checked in with us the day before to confirm the time of collection which gave me peace of mind as I had booked his service months in advance. Paul is extremely helpful and a wonderful person and I felt extremely safe in his car, which was spotlessly clean and tidy. On the journey home he tracked our flight to ensure he was there on time and dropped me a note to let me know where he would be in the arrivals hall - which after a 23h flight was much appreciated.

These days many people pass themselves off as executive level drivers but are in fact no more than taxis doing some extra work on the side. At the end of the day you want an exec level car, a pleasant professional driver and confidence that they will be there when they say they will. It's the basics but so often hard to find. In my experience working with Paul at PNC they do this superbly well. Completely reliable and professional at all times.
