We knew Plumbs were market leaders in furniture refurbishment so we had high expectations. You did not disappoint. From the consultation with your expert who advised on all sorts of things as well as colourways (using his interior design background) we progressed the order. The sofa was picked up on time to fit in with a month away and then returned to us on time and with a fantastic new look!
Only small thing was paying the balance before seeing the final goods - something you might want to look at. Appreciate you need to protect your own interests but you should have confidence in your customers!! As we had confidence in you. Super job!

Their curtains are superb and so is…
Their curtains are superb and so is their service.
But that's as far as it goes.Their fitting is awful.After a few weeks the curtain supports started to sag in the middle and you could no longer slide the curtains open and shut freely,they just stick.
You can also not shut the curtains properly because of the problems I have identified and there remains a V shaped gap where the top of these curtains meet.
They did come back to try and fix these problems but failed to do so.
Sadly, when it comes to Plumbs I would say AVOID.

A comfortable and beautiful armchair once again
Everything went well from beginning to end. It was easy to book online, the local rep visited shortly after with colour swatches, the job was booked in and the upholsterer collected my chair a week later. The chair was returned within a month, with the frame repaired and covered. The workmanship was excellent and I now have a comfortable and beautiful armchair.

Very efficient
Very polite, skilled and clean operatives
When the chair cover didn’t fit properly at the first fitting it was no problem for them to re measure and get it sorted very quickly

Amanda was great , very personable .
She measured - the curtains were fitted on 23 March , unfortunately they were too short , so taken away .
They were refitted 1 April .
They are now fine.

First fitting was incorrectly measured…
First fitting was incorrectly measured on settee and had to be returned. Zip on chair cover was faulty and had to be returned. Covers were promised for Christmas unfortunately this was 8 weeks late by the time all corrections had been completed
