I highly recommend Jim Martin for his exceptional work as a building maintenance at park hill phase 1. He is knowledgeable, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the building is in top condition. Whether it’s handling electrical, plumbing, or general repairs, he approaches every task with professionalism and efficiency.
One of his standout qualities is his attention to detail—he doesn’t just fix problems but takes proactive steps to prevent future issues. He’s also incredibly responsive, addressing maintenance requests quickly and with a positive attitude.
Beyond his technical skills, Jim is friendly and courteous, making him a pleasure to work with. His dedication to keeping the building safe and well-maintained is truly commendable.

Ian Burns was fantastic throughout our move process! Even when the move was complete he had the courteous to knock on our door to see how we were settling in.
Ian is a credit to Plumlife and highly appreciate his help.

My experience with Plumlife has been incredibly positive. The team has always been friendly and helpful whenever I've interacted with them, especially Jonny and Rachel Eardley. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I'm unable to proceed with the purchase at this time, but I look forward to applying for future phases of the development. The smoothness of the process and the support I've received have given me great reassurance. I can't fault them. Thank you very much, Sarah.

I wish I could give 0 stars, Plumlife is the worst and not a nonprofit organisation they are a rip-off Organisation, I bought 2 bedroom flat in Old Trafford 5 years ago and I used to pay £150 per week in rent which includes the service charges and all the repairs, since I am leaseholder Plumlife start to charge me £150 per week just for service charges and never did anything. I am a single mother with two young children and suffer from blood cancer and they couldn't justify it that is why I have to pay more for service changes than the other tenants who live in the same building and pay £725pcm rent which includes service charges and flat maintenance, I tried to see this flat for the last 2 years but no one has bought due to high service charges and plum life keep sending me threatening messages that they will take further action if I don't pay whatever they asked for, it is disgusting how these so-called non-profit organizations can rip leaseholder!! No sympathy for the person who suffers from blood cancer, the Plumlife director and CEO are bloodsucking worms. I never want to wish bad on anyone but karma will get all the bloodsuckers and I hope they suffer in the same way I am suffering.

Absolutely disgusting & disrespectful place!!!! Still awaiting £100 deposit which they took off me straight away then came back to say I don’t meet the criteria…. When asked what criteria didn’t give me an answer!! A woman called Melanie was so rude & disrespectful as well as call handler who refused to answer any questions regarding my deposit… I have started legal process this week against this company as I won’t settle until I get my hard earned money to take off me for no good relevant reason! Also please note their replies on here just a copy & paste job… no care or empathy for their clients! If they really took anything seriously they would have return my deposit from June last year! I had to go to the lengths of The ombudsman who will look into this

My sales advisor Ian was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process

Had the most terrible experience with Plumlife trying to sell my home. No single point of contact. No accountability or urgency to assist. No out of office on. If you're not willing to chase every single day, nothing will get done.
They also provided me with inaccurate costs when originally enquiring about selling. Spent over £1.2k the original quote that Plumlife provided. Cost me more to sell than to buy in the first place!! Shambles of an organisation.
Shared equity is meant to be about affordable housing. I've come to realise it's a scheme for company's to take their pound of flesh and line their pockets.

Extremely disappointing service from the very beginning. There were significant delays in receiving responses to emails, with some emails being completely ignored. When they did reply, the explanation given was that staff were on extended leave, which resulted in delays in the property sale. There was no apology, no empathy, and no effort to address or resolve the issues. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Dealing with this company has been extremely challenging. There's a clear lack of cohesion between departments, and their processes feel outdated and inefficient. Despite the property being vacant for over 12 months following my father's passing, they persist in demanding £135 per month without offering any grace period or providing clarity on what these charges are for.

Everything was great and smooth. The gentleman ( Ian Burns) from Plumlife was always very helpful, polite and kind. If it was something unclear or if we didn’t understand, Ian was always “on hand” and helpful. All provided information and processes were with no problem. We are happy that we have our new house and that the Plumlife have employees like Ian. Just now we are new happy Plumlife customers.

Jonny was our contact to buying our house at centurion village. He was always available and communicated with us on a regular basis. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience with Plumlife and Jonny. We highly recommend them!

What can I say ? Ian is a true star of Plum Life.
His dedication to what he does and his care for the client is at the highest possible level.
He sent information about our house regularly every week, perfectly understanding that on his other side, there were people waiting for every news about what was happening with their house and when they could move in.
He always listened to my emails and replied to them immediately, and when there were small delays in handing over our house, he patiently endured our barrage of questions.
He guided us through the entire process of buying our house smoothly and painlessly, being with us until the moment we received the keys.
In fact, Ian is still with us today, interested in whether everything was okay, even though it has already been two months since we moved in.
Well, those wonderful welcome gifts are the last straw.
I hope the company gives him an excellent Christmas bonus for everything he does there, he goes much further than he should.
Ian, thank you for everything, you are the best!!
Plum Life, please take care of people like Ian, because they are the ones who make your company great!

Very happy, and Ian was so helpful. He sent photos and videos of the house and understood my particular circumstances. I also loved my tailored welcome gifts, thank you!
I wish I could have chosen my own kitchen cupboards and had space fully ready for dishwasher, but this is separate to the service Ian provided.

Ian was an incredible help throughout the entire process. He kept me in the loop at every stage, making sure I understood what was happening and what to expect. His communication was excellent, and he always made time to answer my questions and address any concerns. I could see he was working hard to push things through as quickly as possible, and his dedication made the whole experience so much smoother. Thank you, Ian, for your outstanding service and support!

The absolute worst company I've had the displeasure of dealing with charged nearly a thousand pounds to have a 6 ft piece of wood fitted to porch by a property maintenance company that are not registered with any governing bodies which wasn't finished off they pay lip service at bestt communication is horrendous at best. They sent general maintenance workers not tradespeople to do repairs, which are just bodged they are just a joke wish I had never bought my home.

Sarah and Michelle were great from start to finish. Initially we were unsuccessful in securing a house, however after a house became available on the development that we were looking at, we got a call and a viewing the same day and put our name to the house. We were then kept up to date for the whole process and we were regularly checked on to see where our solicitors were up to and if their solicitors needed anything from us. I cannot thank Sarah Aylott and Michelle Topping enough for helping us get our first family home.
